Due to the Freezing weather this 2016 winter brings, the water pipes in my house broke and there was water everywhere, I did not hear anything until I wanted some water from the kitchen fridge downstairs. I quicky googled ""Plumbers near me"" and I chose to call Mark's Plumbing out of despair. There was lots of water coming out in my kitchen, laundry area and the basement. Mark the owner answered my call, he was kind and said he would come right away, he arrived in 15 minutes. I have had a similar problem before and the previous plumber really messed up my plumbing and electrical (yes electrical).
Long story short, my urgent problem is fixed, I have water running again and no leaks, all under two hours from my call. We have agreed that he would return in the near future to look at other pluming and heating issues the house has.
I am very grateful for your speedy availability, guidance, knowledge, fair pricing and most of all for your kindness. I will recommend you to anyone who has problems like mine. Thanks for saving my day. God Bless you and all around you Mark. Happy Holidays.

Mark said that he is coming to see what is the problem with my boiler, but never showed up. Nor did he reply back to any of sms messages or phone messages i left to him trying to find why he is not showing up. Not reliable.

Mark and I initially communicated via text messages, it was quick and easy. I explained that I needed my garbage disposal replaced and my gas fireplace serviced. He offered to bring the disposal himself, but I had already bought one, and he was okay with that.

Mark and I agreed on a date and time, and he was there. The replacement went out without a hitch, and quickly. We found out there was a bird's nest on the ventilation of our gas fireplace! Mark cleaned it out very well, serviced the fireplace and it's now working as it should.

We also asked Mark questions about our water heater because we want to transition to tankless, and he explained the process to us very well. My stove has a burner not working, and Mark looked at it too. He told me what to get so I could fix it myself as it is a simple fix. I appreciate that very much because anyone else would have taken advantage and do the simple fix make way worse just to get more money from us.

I'm very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness Mark showed in our visit. We will certainly keep his number and will certainly call him if we need plumbing, heating or fireplace service again!

PS:I bought a yelp deal and I had no problem using it.

I can't say enough about this plumber. It's Christmas and I had a pipe burst not only did he respond fast he fixed it with in a hour had me up and running and ready for dinner thank you so much Mark you saved our Christmas !!!! Don't think about anyone else this is your guy!!!

Mark's Plumbing is by far the best service in the area for any plumbing needs and heating. This man knows his stuff. Can handle any job, big or small. Mark is a well respected guy, he does excellent work, never misses details, and teaches too. Great work ethic and very honest. Which is somewhat hard to find these days. I hired Mark's Plumbing and was completely disgusted with their behavior on the job. I had my two kids, both young, with me while they were working on my bathroom, and for two hours they chose to use extremely vulgar language and weren't even trying to be quiet. I actually had to ask them to mind their language, to which they acted like I was being rude to them.

As for their work, they took two days longer to complete the job then they originally estimated and it was probably because of how they long would take breaks for. One day, they took a three hour lunch break!!! Three hours! I would never recommend them to anyone.

Company returned my call in less than 5 minutes. They came out the same day, and gave an estimate and time they could start and approximate time for completion. We gave Mark's Plumbing the job, and were extremely happy with the work they did. Very professional and clean.I would refer them to anyone I know.

Mark's plumbing installed a new bathroom for our home. Reasonable priced and high end work..would recommond this company highly! Wish I could post pictures of our new room it is awesome!!!
