After two days dealing with a ""plumber"" who both couldn't fix our clogged kitchen sink and who was resistant to wearing a mask (the law in LA) but did because I insisted although he remained insolent as well, we finally contacted Mark's Plumbing and Rooter.

OMG. Talk about night and day! Mark showed up wearing a mask & gloves and slipped on surgical booties over shoes when came in our house. Talk about service and courtesy!

We greatly appreciated the respect to us by his attitude towards safety in this Stay-At-Home era but the real reason we hired him, unclogging our sink, was still an uncoming challenge.

Well, I don't know why I even worried about. Mark's ability to get the sink working because he did so in less than an hour whereas the other so called plumber couldn't fix it after spending about 5 hours over two days.

On top of his professionalism, skilled abilities - he's a nice guy too! I'm not a relative or friend of his, I just believe in sharing reviews of great service received!

Finding reliable and fair service can be challenging, not with Mark. He is sincere, thorough and priced very fairly. My visits have been at $75 inclusive of repair every time. He is a prevention plumber and goes above and beyond to find a reasonable and timely resolution to your plumbing issues. You can trust him to do things well and correctly.

I highly recommend Mark. We had a another person do the initial work and they did crappy job. I had a several plumbing problems that he fixed. He answered all my questions by text and alerted me when he was on his way. He was courteous and explained everything that he was doing that was done wrong before he made it right.

Don't even think about hiring this so-called plumber. He supposedly cleared a clogged line to the sewer, charged $100, left without testing the line properly, and gave me no guarantee on the work he supposedly did, so when I called him back the next day with the same problem he wasn't interested in coming back to help and actually suggested that I call somebody else. I certainly would not recommend Mark's Plumbing unless you like being ripped off!!!

I was very happy with Mark's Plumbing! I initially got a quote from him and 6 other plumbers to repair a leaky kitchen pipe and garbage disposal. His quote came in in some cases twice as less at the highest bidder. No brainer! He came out on time and replaced the disposal. I had a slow drain so he additionally snaked the drain. This will be my plumber from here on out!!
