I was finally able to get Mark here to do some work (he is a busy guy!). He is on-time and very attentive to detail. The work was done very professionally and he kept me abreast of his process along the way. I am so happy with what he did (fix my fence/gate, add a lock and silicone spots that needed it on the roof). Further, he swapped out two light bulbs in my garage door for LED's and now I don't have to worry about them ever going out. Price is reasonable for the work. Would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him for work around your house/yard. I am so happy with the results!!!! Yes, I finally found someone I can trust to do these types of things around the house. I am so happy!

I tried having Mark come out and fix a leaking water pipe. I had a conversation with him via Yelp messaging and text messages. He told me what his hourly rate was and I agreed to it. I then tried to set up a date by sending him a text message and leaving a voicemail but he never bothered to respond. I would have understood if he had told me that he was too busy to help me out but it would have been nice if he had at least communicated that.

I had several jobs that needed to be done around the house. The previous handyman came, started the job, left to ""get supplies,"" and never returned. That's when I found Mark on Yelp. He was booked up, but got back to me within a few days, gave me target dates, and put me on his scheduled. He showed up when he said he would, prepared and qualified to do the jobs that needed to be done, and did a great job! I would not hesitate to recommend him! Mark and his crew replaced a large fence around our home and it looks great! He used superior materials and he and his crew finished the job in the promised time, even working through 100+ temperatures. Appreciate the work ethic and excellent work. They repaired any sprinklers that were damaged in the process as we had lines close to the fence. We will be having Mark back to help with some electrical work inside when we complete a remodel.
