My AC went out during the hottest week of the year. They just had a cancellation for the next day and fit me in late afternoon time frame. After 2 hours of work, they got it running and my temps went from 80-83 inside to a much cooler 73 degrees. They explained that my entire unit needed to be replaced. After a wait of several days they were back yesterday and replace my heat pump after they had to remove my hot water heater, which is in front of the heat pump. Today I am sitting at a very comfortable 69 degrees...loving it! Markool is the best!

I asked for a quote and never got it. when i did hear back they didnt have help to send out. I went with another company and they did a great job. glad i did because i heard from them people was leaving markool, not gettin paid right and the owner was not around.

I called on a Friday after being recommended here. My central air conditioning unit in my home had been running constantly and often would be higher than what it was set at. I was booked for that Monday!

The day of my appointment, I was called several hours before my appointment to say they had an earlier than expected time slot and wanted to know if they could come now. Unfortunately I couldn't do earlier than scheduled but appreciated them asking!

My time slot was 4-6 pm. They showed up at 4:05! Wow! I can't tell you how many times companies give time slots and show up hours AFTER the time frame. But not Markool! They are on it!

Jorge and Jose were my technicians. They were both very friendly and went right to diagnosing the issue. After about 30 minutes, they figured out I needed Freon. I asked the pricing and they had a tablet to look up the pricing right away. If you need Freon be warned it's expensive! Not this company's fault though it seems to be commonly expensive when I looked online out of curiosity.

These two technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything. They were super polite as well.

They emailed me my invoice with pictures of everything they did today.

I requested a quote over the phone at the same time the representative scheduled the work. She said she would have to get back to me. I requested to see a quote before the tech started work on the day scheduled. 5700 for an install without including refrigerant if it was needed. That was another 600 increase. This didn't include the heat pump, just labor!?! This was beyond gouging. I got it done for 300 bucks and it took 30 minutes. I would seriously consider getting a few quotes before you settle on this company. I am curious how many people don't know better and get ripped off by this company. Irresponsible and completely un ethical. A 20X mark up.... unbelievable. BEWARE.

My heating stopped working Sunday morning and after doing some investigating into the problem found what i thought was the issue. I fixed the problem myself but after hooking everything up i realized something was still wrong. I immediately called Markool H@C and by Wednesday they had the part and were ready install it. Before starting the repair that would've cost me a lot of money Colt, James and Hunter started checking everything. They found a small problem and i ended up saving a ton of money because they did the right thing for me; not trying to over sell me something i didn't need.
