Called on a Saturday for a clogged sewer line. Estimate given of approximately 2k and they ""can't"" take credit on the weekend. Cash or check only, in 2025. Call literally anyone else.

Called and asked one simple question and got hung up on. Glad I did because they have really bad ratings on Yelp. Don't bother calling this place they do not want any business.

They sent a guy out to come give me a estimate and I was informed that he would pass along my information and get back to me with a quote never received a call back and when I called back the receptionist told me that he went back to the office and said he refuses to entertain my house with fixing the heating system and that I should find someone else which in other words meant me and my family could continue to freeze personal opinion is that because racist and unprofessional

They removed an access panel and sink drawers and never replaced them--although I was promised it was included in the project since they removed both. The plumber backtracked and the owner said, 'it was not written down so let her sue.' That is not how you do business--especially after paying thousands of dollars on a contract. Lesson learned--they do not honor their word.

We have used these guys twice!
Both times they came to our house the same day!
When we got help with our gas line the guy was in and out.
When we needed plumbing help, our guy fixed it and then showed me what to do if it happened again to save us money.
Both times prices were reasonable

I have used Markle's a number of times. The entire team is great to work worth. The plumbers are all professional and very fair. Kristin and Alicia, in the office, are a dream to work with.

I would highly recommend paying with credit card or check. They told me I did not pay an invoice that had been charged to my credit card over one week prior. Also be aware if they tell you a certain amount per hour, they may send more than one worker without informing the customer. In our case we were told $75 per hour and two men were sent so we were charged $150 per hour. That would have been nice to know in advance.

Took a look at my Power Vent Gas Water Heater and refused to work on it because it was made in 92 and now 25 years old. Told me I'd have to replace it for $1600.

After some research, I replaced a $8 part and had a working water heater.

Do not bother with these frauds, these repairmen are worse than the con men at car repair shops.

my experience with them was terrible. I called bc i had a small leak in my basement , a young man came out to look at it then said he wanted his supervisor to look it over, the following day i got a call that no one could come out for two weeks,that was mid december , in mid february l got a bill for 70.00 saying it was for an estimate that i was never informed that i would have to pay never mind the fact that they never came back or called to set up a time to come to fix my leak so, I had a smaller company fix it, they were happy to come out quickly and take care of the problem. did i mention they threatened me with legal action if i didn't pay the estimate? NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
