A tree root had cracked a PVC to metal pipe connection at my cabin in Julian on a Sunday afternoon. While searching websites looking for a plumber that would travel up the hill my wife got in contact with someone at Marklein plumbing. The woman she spoke to said she would see what she could do...a couple of hours later (Sunday night!) she said she could have someone there by 9am Monday. Miguel was there by 8:30 and replaced the connection thus saving our vacation. Everyone we spoke to was great and we cannot thank them enough.

Craig Marklein and his apprentice did a great job unclogging my bathtub drain. I called mid morning on Saturday and I asked to have someone come out. The lady taking the call said what day would you like someone. I said as soon as it can be scheduled. She replied, how about to day between 3 and 7 pm. I received a text message confirming my call, the service consultation fee and a picture of Craig. When he was on his way, I got another text letting me know he was coming. He evaluated my drain issue told me what it was going to cost and got the job done expeditiously and at a very reasonable rate. I was able to shower last night with a drain that drained. Thank you Craig and your apprentice. I am certain if he learns the business from you he will be terrific. Keeping the business local is great and it is good to know that we have top notched businesses here in Ramona.

Received estimates for plumbing repairs. I expected to pay average tradesman hourly labor rates to have repairs made. Estimates over $1500. Repaired myself for less than $150 and took 15 minutes. I recommend getting multiple bids.

Quick response to replace washing machine water valves in order to have a new machine installed. Craig arrived on time, had the parts on his truck, and finished the job promptly. While here he checked and adjusted house water pressure. Very efficient and friendly making this a pleasant service experience.

Best Service EVER!! Craig arrived on time to fix a Kitchen faucet that had been leaking above and as it turned out below the sink. The leak below flood the Master bedroom on the other side of the wall. Who needs a ""Smell good plumber"" or those ""White Glove"" Guys when someone like Craig or his crew can and will show up. They'll be respectful, polite, clean and friendly even when those other ""Emergency plumbers"" can't come out for at least three days. Do yourself a favor and save yourself heartache and time, CALL MARKLEIN Plumbing first.
