During a new refrigerator install, the installers told me I needed the water valve replaced before my new refrigerator could be installed. Craig was available to respond to my home within 20 minutes and made the repair very quickly. Craig did a great job and was reasonably priced. This was on a Saturday afternoon, too. I will definitely use Marklein Plumbing again in the future.

I have had Marklein to my house twice. Once to clear a clogged drain and once to install a retrofit toilet ring. Each time the Craig was on time, courteous, fast and did a thorough job. Wow is all I can say. After suffering through the 4th of July weekend without water due to a leak somewhere in my bathroom/laundryroom wall, and after visits from 2 other plumbing companies, Craig showed up early on Tuesday morning just as he said he would. He got right down to business, located and repaired the leak. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and obviously skilled at his trade. He had the pipe repaired within 2 hours with a minimum of drywall intervention and left the room just as he found it, sans the leak! I am relieved that when/if I ever need a plumber again I know just who to call. He quoted some water heater work and we will call him when we are ready to do the work. I cannot praise him enough. Thank you Craig! You saved the day!

I have tried to get a plumber out to the house to install a gas line for my BBQ for the past 3 months. I had made numerous calls to other plumbers without call-backs or a response of any kind. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Craig!

First, as another writer mentions, he answers his phone, or someone from his answering service does. What company does that anymore?! It's wonderful.

Second, he arrived at the time he promised. Punctual, relieable? Yes indeed.

Third, he performed a number of indoor and outdoor plumbing jobs for me. He works quickly and efficiently and his work is terrific.

Fourth, and this is the part where he went above and beyond: He replaced a pressure regulator for my irrigation system. Once installed, the pressure readings for my system were not consistent. He spent quite a bit of extra time trying to resolve the issue. He even came a 2nd time and replaced the new pressure regulator with another one, no questions asked, on the very slim possibility that the 1st regulator was faulty. Turns out, there's a problem with my system. Craig could have walked away and left the problem for me. But he did everything in his power to fix the problem.
