Mark caught me at a time where we were expecting house guests for Thanksgiving. We were in a time crunch. Somewhere between our bathrooms and our aerobic septic tank we had a clogged pipe that would often clear after a couple of hours. The ground in the lawn prior to the septic tank had over the years sunken several inches. Mark sent out two young employees with a large snake, and I told them of the sunken area. They at first found nothing, but did not bring a remote camera. Then on a second call back, using a video camera, discovered that the plastic 4 inch sewer line had broken and largely collapsed right where I told them the problem was likely located the first time they responded. Long story short, Mark joined the crew the following day they started digging and replaced about 50 feet of sewer pipe and charged me $6500, which he claimed was a great price. He then covered up the new pipe work leaving me with a loss of power to the septic tank water pump. He refused to cover the repair of the power. He was not licensed to do electrical. I found later that a licensed reputable septic company could have provided me an entire new 3-stage septic tank and total electrical system and sprinklers for between $8000 and $10,000. My total bill for Mark's pipe replacement and two prior service calls for the same problem was $7500, and my bill to replace the electrical feed (from another company) was $1000, plus another $400 to pump my tank. Never again.

I had a slight leak under a bathroom sink, and a young man named Vincent (along with Colton), came over within an hour of calling. Vincent was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, and replaced the leaking culprit, the faucet. Vincent was a pleasure to visit with, and I appreciated his level of attention in correcting the issue. Great job!

We have a leak in our front yard and have had another plumber, water company and sprinkler system company out to find it. This is the only company that actually dug up the area to find the problem. It was a sprinkler system issue so they couldn't repair it. They came the day I called and did more than any other company that has been here. We would highly recommend this company!
