Mark was called on a Sunday morning and responded quickly. He was quick to offer a solution and fix. He did this while preparing for an out of town trip later that afternoon. He was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

Nobody likes to hear the news that their 50 year old plumbing has bitten the dust. The silver lining for me was finding Mark. He and his crew were fantastic and reasonable for all the work that needed to be done. (Like tunneling under the slab, jackhammering the pipes out of cement, and ultimately replacing them.) Along the way, he offered options and opinions so I always felt that I was both involved and making informed decisions.

Needless to say, he is my first choice for adding the new bathroom for the house.
