I started with another plumber and ended up calling Parrett Plumbing. They came out within a few hours, was able to find a fix to the problem and came back the next day and completed the job. I added on a few more things for them to do and couldn't be happier with the service and how professional they are. It had been a bad week with plumbers for me, but they have my vote and they are the premier plumbing company in the area. Thank you to all of you who turned what was the worst issue I could of have and made it no worries and fixed everything in one day. Thanks Mark, Aaron, Adam and all that I didn't get the name. Hopefully, I am all set for a while, but If I need a plumber, you can bet I will be calling you !! Karen

RIPOFF ALERT! Simple kitchen sink faucet replacement. First called Benjamin Franklin who gave a $375 estimate for free; I said no thanks and figured I'd call a local plumber, so called Parrett which was a huge mistake that cost me $110 for nothing. I was informed of a dispatch fee of $110 that would be applied to my service. But when I was given an on site assessment of $575, I had to take my medicine and pay, then sent them packing. I then called Corky's in Shalimar (http://corkysplumbing.com/) who said he'd fix it for $80. He came, did the installation in less than 30 minutes and was a complete professional. In the memo area of my check for Parrett where it says """"For_________"""", I put """"Nothing."""" So I lost $110 for making a mistake, and in return Mark Parrett Enterprises gets this review. Luckily, I will be able to warn thousands on Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB in addition to all who see this review. The other review must have been a relative.

""""Upfront , Guaranteed Prices, No Surprises"""" What a big surprise ! Whatever you do, don't call this company. They charged me over $85 fee to come out and take a look at the problem. Quoted me a price of over $400 for 2 Toilet Fill Valve replacement. Went to Home Depot, bought the $15 of supplies, and just did it ourselves. Complete total RIPOFF! NEVER AGAIN, shame on you!

So happy to have found a good plumber! He got here when he said he would. He worked quickly and neatly. He was fair with his pricing and guaranteed his repairs. I felt like he did a good job and was fair and honest. Thanks Parrett Plumbing!

Mark Parrott and his side kick Aaron are a homeowners worst nightmare.. I hired him to re-pipe my home and because I would have to leave the house during the work (no water) he assured me it would only take 2 weeks. A full 10 weeks later this man presented me with a bill that was $6K more than the original bid. He charged me for things he didn't do and he never pulled permits or had inspections. I had to hire an attorney.
