A pipe in our garage burst during the big freeze. After our home warranty company (Landmark) completely dropped the ball about getting someone out to help us, after having our water shut off for nearly 24 hours, Mark got us fit in and Austin came out and made a thorough, and reasonably priced repair. I'm sure they were overwhelmed with plenty of similar jobs, but they still made time for us and got us up and running again. Austin was extremely professional and conscientious. I would not hesitate to call Mark Ondras Plumbing again. Almost glad our warranty company messed up so bad about getting a contractor out to see us, or we would have never found these guys on our own.

This is the second or third time I'm using this company, and I've referred them countless times. I noticed a leak in my home earlier today and contacted the company around 6:45PM. The owner, Mark, reached back out to me around 8PM and said he could come tonight. He showed up, identified the leak, and solved the issue within the first 5-10 minutes he was here. He didn't even charge me anything, stating he was already on his way back to Irving so it wasn't a problem stopping by my house, and that it wasn't a big fix - who does that?! His employees that have been by my house in the past have also been just as delightful and effective. Can't say enough about this company and it is so refreshing to receive great, consistent service these days.

Mark saved us a ton of frustration and money! We originally called another plumber, who did all sorts of scoping and quoting - for a simple clog. Would have cost us a fortune to do what he recommended.
After some scheduling challenges, we looked around for another plumber and found Mark. Lots of my friends (tons of IRVING folks! I went to IRVING High, so gotta represent) raved about Mark - and they weren't wrong.

He communicated his arrival time, got straight to work, and had us flowing in no time! And - saved us a (pardon the term) crap ton of money!

Super glad we found him! His magnet is on our fridge to call next time for sure! Thank you, Mark!!!

Apparently I was misquoted. Waste of a trip. Very unprofessional. And after showing up late. The plumber didn't seem very knowledgeable and didn't seem like he was capable of climbing on a roof. Didn't seem to interested in obtaining my business.

Called Mark after a miserable experience with Landmark HW and Matrix Plumbing. (DO NOT RECOMMEND EITHER!)
Kevin was dispatched and arrived just a few hours after I called. Kevin was professional and got the job done quickly. Now I can use my washer again!! The price was awesome and the work was A1 5 Star.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE!!!

I finally found an honest Plumber in Mark Ondras Plumbing. My gas water heater stopped working. We had 2 plumbers out b4 Mark...the 1st replaced the thermo- couple still no hot water then he said we needed thermostat. The 2nd plumber said we needed control module. Mark came out on Sunday and found that the 1st plumber hadn't pushed the thermocouple in far enough & the filters just needed to be cleaned. Now we have hot water at a very reasonable price. We will be calling Mark Ondras Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

I had the pleasure of using Mark Ondras Plumbing while working at a local preschool. As you can imagine, there were more than a few "How did that get in there?" moments ;)

Mark Ondras responded to quickly to every call for service, was courteous on the site, and slow to suggest big, expensive services.

Came very next day which was a Sunday, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. About 45 minutes late and phone call would have been great just to let me know. But, courteous and quality service worth the wait. I will definately use them again for future plumbing needs big or small

Amazing company! I was quoted on the phone for the work I needed done. The estimate was very accurate.

I needed 5 faucets installed, and 2 a/c unit drains replaced or fixed. They did all the work very well!


The plumber, Andy, arrived on time as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and worked in a timely manner.

They arrived on time and for the most part did a good job. I rated them a four because of service things like when they took one of the toilets out that I was replacing, they dropped water along the floor and did not wipe it up. They should have shoe covers to protect the customer's carpet (they did comply when I asked them to remove their shoes). Also, when they replaced my kitchen faucets they presumed I was going to throw them away when in fact I planned to put one in my rental house. Without asking they had already taken my old fixtures to their truck. Last yet not least, they did not get my list completed and said they would call back to schedule another appointment and its been three weeks.
