Fast, honest, and reliable. We had a clogged kitchen drain past the access point. He came out and also helped us discover we had a 2nd access to the drain that was under a rock. We did not have to pay an arm and a leg for it. i would have had to pay more for other folks who were not even master plumbers. His business is still open but someone is out to hurt his business claiming that it's closed.

Mark is one of the very best contractors I've ever dealt with in any trade! He is hard working, honest, punctual, and fairly priced for the services he offers! He built his very successful plumbing business the old fashioned way - through hard work, dedication, and treating customers like he'd want to be treated. He ALWAYS answered his phone himself or called me back promptly every time I've ever called. I'm VERY picky about who I trust as a contractor and I am 100% satisfied with any and all dealings we've ever had with Mark, and really can't say enough nice things about him as a person. There's a reason he always stays so busy!
