My wife and I were doing laundry on a Sunday night. The bath tub started filling up with water. We called Mark and he immediately responded. Told me he could be there in 2 hours, and was at my door within an hour! He quoted me a price for coming out and charged me less than he quoted me for! Super polite, professional, and reliable! We need more business people like Mark in the world. We will be using his services again in the event we have plumbing problems at home. Thanks Mark!

I had a water heater installed about 3 years ago and it started leaking recently. I called Mark and he came out the same day, accessed the situation and determined I was in need of a new one. He advised it was still under warranty and explained how to get another water heater and within two days, Mark came out and replaced the water heater with the new one I received. He did a great job, cleaned up the mess, and hauled away the old water heater. The price was great as well. I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Awesome service from this company. This company was highly recommended on many of the sites. They charge reasonably after calling a few companies. Our garage disposal stopped working and Mark was able to get someone out here the same day. James was knowledgeable and helped our situation. Definitely know who to call next time we run into a plumbing issue.

If you have been lucky enough to have found Mark Ondras Plumbing, your search for an HONEST, reliable, HONEST, respectable, HONEST, fair-priced and HONEST plumber is over!
We found Mark Ondras from nextdoor.com and have used him 3-4 times for minor things the past year. Then last week we had something major...a plumbing leak in the slab in the kitchen (which is tiled) and it was not covered by insurance.
Mark and Harry (the Leak Guru) came by and diagnosed the issue quickly. A few days later Harry, Felipe (the Leak Lord), Jake and EZ came by to repair. They put down drop cloths and taped off everything. I begged them to try and not break anymore then 3 tiles, which were the only extras I had, otherwise I would've had to replace nearly 300sf of tile not covered by insurance.
In at 9am and out by 2:30pm and the leak was fixed and only broke through 2 tiles!
They left my house clean. They were all so KIND and RESPECTFUL.
The price I was charged was nearly 1/2 of everyone else!
Do yourself a favor. Stop wasting time searching for an honest Plumber by calling someone from TV (who will rob you blind) and hire Mark Ondras Plumbing.
If this sounds like a commercial or a bit over the top for them, its because they deserve it.
They've got our business forever.

A pipe in our garage burst during the big freeze. After our home warranty company (Landmark) completely dropped the ball about getting someone out to help us, after having our water shut off for nearly 24 hours, Mark got us fit in and Austin came out and made a thorough, and reasonably priced repair. I'm sure they were overwhelmed with plenty of similar jobs, but they still made time for us and got us up and running again. Austin was extremely professional and conscientious. I would not hesitate to call Mark Ondras Plumbing again. Almost glad our warranty company messed up so bad about getting a contractor out to see us, or we would have never found these guys on our own.

This is the second or third time I'm using this company, and I've referred them countless times. I noticed a leak in my home earlier today and contacted the company around 6:45PM. The owner, Mark, reached back out to me around 8PM and said he could come tonight. He showed up, identified the leak, and solved the issue within the first 5-10 minutes he was here. He didn't even charge me anything, stating he was already on his way back to Irving so it wasn't a problem stopping by my house, and that it wasn't a big fix - who does that?! His employees that have been by my house in the past have also been just as delightful and effective. Can't say enough about this company and it is so refreshing to receive great, consistent service these days.
