Mark is the best. He's honest, good at what he does and he is there when he says he will be there. If he doesn't do the job that you need him to or if it's in a location he doesn't travel to he will recommend another plumber. His card is the only one I make sure to keep handy.

I just had two of the nicest young men over to unclog my newly remodeled bathroom (as in had not tested it until two nights ago after the grout had been applied). I was extremely concerned prior to them coming over because I had suspected either grout or cement had clogged the shower drain so knew what I was to expect as a worst case scenario (redomolition of the shower floor). Prior to contacting them I purchased what I thought was a heavy duty "snake" to try to unclog myself but was not successful. The technicians were a bit concerned at first because the snake did not immediately unclog the shower drain. But they didn't give up and within a few minutes they broke through grout that had been settled for weeks. I highly recommend this business to anyone. Prices are reasonable and timeliness and customer service were definitely a motivator to use them again. Thank you Mark and company.
