Mark is the genuine article! I had problems with a pressure assisted toilet, which he ordered and replaced for us, along with some plumbing stems for a bathroom vanity. Mark came to us through a neighbor's referral and we couldn't be more pleased with him, his crew, or his work. He re-did some shoddy work that originally been done to convert our wood burning fireplace to gas, and he methodically and thoroughly addressed an entire list of water and pipe issues we were having both inside and outside. He even stopped by to check a gas leak that turned out to be a false alarm and didn't charge us. Great customer service - and great work deserves 5 stars. Thanks Mark!

The workmanship was mediocre at best but more that that i did not like mark's attitude toward me as a woman and homeowner he was very arrogant and demeaning. I was also uncomfortable with his crew.. I didn't like being alone with them.

Mark just replaced a long (150') water main that required a lot of digging along with some rather cramped work under a deck; it was completed in less time than quoted and under budget as well. The yard looks just as it was, nothing out of place, you can't tell his crew was even there.
