He is truly a professional--when an unexpected issue arose, he wouldn't give up on solving it, even though it threatened to cut into his afternoon plans. On top of that, his price was true to his quote and he even called the next day to follow up. I know who I will call next time I need help!
Michael C.I called Mark from out of town to make a service call on a home we purchased in Grand Junction several weeks ago. First thing to mention is good communication with voicemail recordings (he was on vaca - so I knew he was out of town), and since the house needed A/C work done, but weren't living there yet, I could wait to hear back from him.
Mark did respond when he said he would, we made arrangements for him to diagnose the unit. He went, arrived on time, called me back and told me what was needed, I approved while he was on site and the work was done immediately.
The cost was reasonable, the unit is blowing cold - love it. Call this guy!
