Very pleased with the service. John was very professional and despite difficult conditions - cramped space and substantial clay inside the well tank making it difficult to empty - he completed the 3 tasks in good time. There are no leaks and the plumbing works great! The job came in under time and under price quoted.

In our experience this guy was unprofessional. He never responded to our phone message but did reach out when we emailed him through the website.

He came out for the free estimate but then was super flaky about scheduling a time for our project. After a week or so he contacted us the night before to say he could come at 8am the next day. When we weren't able to make that happen we set up an appointment for 8am the following day. He texted the next day to say an emergency came up and we would have to reschedule. He then texted the morning of the cancelled appointment day to say he could come that afternoon. When that was not convenient for us he said it didn't seem like we were going to ""gel"" on this project and he would pass on it.

Not sure why it was so difficult for him to schedule a firm time for our project. We were pretty flexible for weekdays and very flexible on time, just needed more than a few hours heads up.
