Called on 10/16 as boiler was not firing up.
Waited patiently for appointment 11 days later.
10/27: 1 hour after appointment time I called office to inquire when someone may be coming and was informed that the technician was on an emergency and would be by afterwards- understandable but a call would have been nice.
Technician arrived more than 2 hours after appointment time and boiler was declared dead- I was told they were booked through the end of November but would try to squeeze me in and would call that evening with an estimate.
Nearly 3 weeks later: no call, no estimate- no heat!
Called 2 days ago and left message inquiring but have yet to get a call back.
These are the facts.
Very disappointed, and cold. :(

Not honest about there pricing, mark is always late, and his wfe is not the most pleasant to talk to.

Mark Jr. always goes way above and beyond as our plumber. Great guy! Great Service! If we ever run into a problem, he takes care of it in a timely manner and does what he says he will. We are very pleased with his work every time he is on the property.

I don't know what that other guy is talking about on here, but I have had Mark come out to my house for years and he always does a great job! There was an emergency situation with a pipe breaking in my home and he showed up in less than 10 minutes, leaving a family outing on a Saturday! Looks like Mark could use a little grace when he couldn't show up for ""Jay E's"" water heater because of a family emergency... Everyone has their emergencies ( even business owners with families) but if something with my plumbing and heating goes wrong, I know I can rely on Mark...

I have used Mark as my plumber before he started Mark Jr Plumbing & Heating. He grew up in the plumbing business and has always been responsive in a greater than expected manner. These are professional people and take care of your problem without draining your bank account. Great people make great companies.
