Mark is one of those rare honest plumbers that does quality, fair priced work. He will recommend the best solution for your project and make himself available as needed. I had an emergency during my own renovation as I was demolishing some walls, and Mark came out within a few hours to keep my water on (and my wife happy). I would highly recommend to anyone in the Greater Sacramento area.

Marvelous Mark recently replaced about 50 feet of old cast iron sewer line as well as the 14"" corroded return air duct that was lying over the sewer line on the dirt in the very tight crawl space under our house. He did this in a day and a half and managed to leave one of our bathrooms functioning at all times. He was so pleasant, considerate, hard-working, and reasonably priced!The cost was under $100 per linear foot , whereas we had received a bid from another company that was 5 times more for replacement of the sewer line and over 3 times more for a trenchless repair (which, BTW, would not have uncovered the large hole in the return air vent leading to the furnace.) How refreshing to find an honest, decent plumber who does excellent work at a fair price. We are so grateful to Mark and to our friend who gave us the referral!

Not sure what to say. Was referred to this company. Needed kitchen faucet replaced. Mark said not something he does. Not something he does?? Replace a faucet?? A plumber?? He referred me to another company. I'm leaving this review because I use Yelp reviews a lot. Could help a future potential customer. This company needs to update what they do.

During a reno job stop valve broke requiring us to shut off the water to the house. Mark fit me into his day, priced fair and explained what needed to be fixed. I called Mark about my garbage disposal. It was humming but the blades were not moving. He advised me to use an Allen wrench at the bottom of our disposal. Something was jammed. It worked and it saved me $100. Great customer service. Most companies would just book the appointment and get their money for a 5 min job. I will definitely call him again.

Mark put in a new tankless water heater for me and repiped my home. Not only is he extremely knowledgable but he is incredibly personable and honest. He was quick at responding, came at the times he said he would, and cleaned up the job site well. I would never use another plumber again. I highly recommend Mark.

Mark (owner) replaced our 20 year old, failing water heater with a Noritz tankless water heater. He was referred by a colleague, and we are very pleased with the work. It took one day to install the unit and corresponding piping and electrical work (i.e., new gas line and other new piping being run under the house). The city inspector said that Mark's work was well done, as Mark has installed a number of these models around town. I'd even use him for other plumbing problems.
