I tried on and off for 10 years to find a plumber who was willing to do the job I wanted done (repair a shower valve) and who does good work. I had one plumber take off the handle of the valve, leave and never come back and never return phone calls. Many plumbers never returned an initial call. Mark called back within 24 hours, came to look at the work within the week, and was able to give me an accurate estimate of when he would be able to do the work. By this time, I needed a lot more work (new toilets, new vanity, install one valve and repair one valve). During the course of the work, I met two of his crew. Both were friendly, arrived on time, worked quickly and did a great job. Both cleaned up after. When there was a snag and the schedules had to be juggled, Mark was accommodating. So glad I found this business!

I very highly recommend Mark Cullen Plumbing!! We got his name from a friend for a bunch of random minor repairs in our old house, which went great and was reasonably priced. Last night I called him to say our heat and hot water were out. He called me back at 7 am to say it would be fixed by the time we got home from work, and it was!  Will definitely be using again and recommending to any friends as well.

Even the people in the office are nice. Most important is that he was able to deal with my mother-in-law, and if you knew her (ugh!) you would not look any further for a plumber.
