Very happy with the results of the work they did. They removed landscape timbers and rocks in the front. Planted new plants, edged with brick and put in mulch. They also put a paved walkway in the back and some pavers in the alley so there is a spot for the garbage totes. Very professional and cleaned up everything before they left.

Mark IV Landscaping replaced our front lawn which had been attacked be a fungus and grubs.Propr to installation the communication was really good as dates and possible delays were laid out. Once the team arrived it was all business. The removed all the dead grass and roots that they had pre-sprayed to kill off. The work area was leveled and new sod was delivered and installed. The whole process took approximately 12 hours across 2 days. Additionally once the sod was laid, detailed instructions for its care to successfully take were presentred. In regards to the management aspect Mark Watkins was professional and very easy to communicate with. I would definetly reccomend his company to new clients and personally request additional work should a need arise.

Our lawn was the most unsightly one in the neighborhood. We admired our neighbor's beautiful lawn and noticed the Mark IV truck periodically coming to do various jobs for them. Thankfully, we talked to Mark, the owner of Mark IV. He worked up an estimate and a plan to replace our front lawn with sod. He was very easy to communicate with and always replied to calls and emails promptly. His estimate was very fair. His crew did a beautiful job laying the sod. They were all kind, professional and very conscientious in their work. Thanks for always leaving your work area clean at the end of the day. We now have a beautiful front lawn!!!! I would recommend Mark IV Landscaping to everyone. You will NOT be disappointed.

Mark IV Landscaping is a great Landscaping company. They completely redid our 30+ year old front bushes and worked with us on what we wanted to update it and transform our front flowers and bushes. They worked hard, were on time, respectful of our suggestions and the employees were extremely present. Mark was on site working with them. Call early cause they are really busy and after seeing the finished product you know why they are so busy! Five stars for their company and the experience.

Mark IV did an incredible job on our front yard. Mark was present the entire time and his crew was very knowledgeable and worked very hard. They delivered on every promise and worked with us on the changes we wanted to make. He had access to some amazing pots that are just gorgeous and top notch quality. Better than anything you'd find at Home Depot or Lowes. I'll be bringing them back to work on backyard next year. Book them early as they are super busy which is a testament to the work they do. I highly recommend them.

Mark was an awesome contractor! We had a pool installed last year and had many contractors quote for work we wanted. Mark was honest and super competitive with his price! Him and his crew did and amazing job with stone, brick and sod. The sod is super green and plush! At the last minute we wanted a brick pad for fire pit and furniture. No worries on that Mark was able to impress with his meticulous detail to our needs. If I could give 10 plus starts he would have it! Thanks to Mark for making our vision come alive!
