Prompt and courteous service. They installed a whole new system in our house. Got two companies to bid and they had the best price. Their warehouse sent the wrong unit, but the service guy caught the mistake right off the bat. He immediately left and went and picked up the correct unit making only an hour delay in his schedule. The are really knowledgeable and readily answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of talking with Mark from Mark Hurm heating and air today. I called because I've heard his ad on a local radio station that I listen to and thought I would like to do business with a client of theirs. The conversation went more or less like this. """"This is Mark Hurm"""" I introduced myself and I proceeded to tell him that my wife and I were building a custom home and we would like to get a quote for an HVAC install from his company. He asked me, """"So you are shopping for quotes?"""" I said ,well no, I'm shopping for an HVAC unit but I'd like a quote because I'm looking for a good unit and a reasonable price. He asked """"So you're looking for a cheap price?"""" I said no that's not what I said, I said I'm looking for a good unit and a reasonable price. He asked """"who's your contractor?"""" I explained that my wife is the contractor and that she works for a company that produces high end homes and she has a contractor's license. He said, """"I don't bid on tract homes, I'm an engineer and contractors contact me to install HVAC in their homes but I don't bid on tract homes."""" I said this isn't a tract home, it's a custom home and I'm just looking to get a quote because I have heard your ads on the radio and thought you would be interested in bidding on the job. Then he asked if I had other bids. I said I had one from xyz company. He said """"I'm not going to bid against them. I'm an engineer and I engineer the HVAC project..."""" After a few more """"I'm an engineer and I don't bid against bla blab bla"""", I thanked him for his time and ended the call. Let me translate this conversation for all of us non engineers: Hello, this is Mark Hurm, I am a con artist and I don't give bids to educated shoppers that don't want to be scammed. Unless I can rip you off and overcharge you till you can't walk straight, don't waste my time. Do yourself a solid and find an HVAC company that actually wants to do honest work for a reasonable profit.

Fast and honest service. The serviceman easily could have told us we needed a new air conditioner but, instead, he replaced a capacitor on the unit and brought that old heap of bolts back to life.

The guys were great after we found out we needed a new unit. It was getting to the hottest part of the year so far, so they brought out an indoor loaner unit to help keep us cool until a new unit could be found. That took about a week as it had to come in from North Carolina. The guys were great when putting it in. Everybody was very nice and professional and we couldn't be more pleased. We've used the company for years, and this shows why we are still customers. Thanks!

Got them to put in a new unit for me 2 years ago. They didn't put in a new drain line, just attached it to the existing drain line. I have called them 3 different times due to unit leaking in the house. Finally they said I need a new drain line, and wanted to charge me to do something that should have been done when I paid them thousands of dollars for the initial unit. Don't waste your time and money with this outfit. Very unprofessional. John P.

I called after hours this evening with an issue - my new thermostat was blowing warm air instead of cold. My call was returned within the hour and the associate was able to walk me through the troubleshooting - resulting in a fixed issue, with no fee. It doesn't get any better than that!
