This has been the most wonderful experience working with Mark. I've used him twice now. Not only is he a good plumber, and very reasonable in his prices, but he is such a nice guy. Today he offered to break up some pieces of wood to fit into the outdoor trash can. Mark did not have to do that. He also gives advice on all other home issues. I own a few rental homes and have used Mark Etheredge Plumbing multiple times for different types of jobs. Anywhere from a clogged drain to installing a new dishwasher to changing out a disposal. He is professional, punctual and has excellent customer. He takes pride in a job well done and every job he has done has been done without any issues or complications. It hard to fine good reliable people and I am so thankful I found Mark. I highly recommend his company. He answered the phone personally and was very transparent with his schedule and rates over the phone. His rates were super reasonable and he was able to schedule my home on the fly.

He showed up sooner than expected and had all the safety precautions ready and available. He worked quickly and helped explain his work to this first time homeowner. He kept the work area and his tools clean and was considerate of my home.

Great service, up front and honest. My water heater broke last holiday weekend and the part had to be ordered. However, the owner and his wife communicated with me all the way. The part was delivered to my home directly and Mark was at my home in less than a hour. So two house calls, my service charge was 190.00 for a holiday weekend that is a deal

After a water line broke in our subdivision that resulted in two days without water, my taps ran progressively more slowly week after week. A friend recommended Mark to me, and am I ever thankful! He responded quickly, worked efficiently and his fee was more than reasonable. Maybe best of all, he was so friendly, showed me how to do some things myself and just generally provided a terrific service!
And I just now found out he (or his son) brought in my trash cans!

Horrible plumbing service. Don't waste your time with this hack job. He was supposed to fix a clogged drain in one pipe and now all the pipes are clogged. He does not stand behind his work whatsoever. This person Made my house smell like cigarettes. I am wishing I used home advisor.! This company is a joke.!
Mark has even had one of his employees make one of these reviews, so that shows how much people will give him a good review, like nobody except his employee. If you look at Ramona E review and then go to the company information - you will see the same name as an employee :/
Now it makes more sense.. hack job!!

Just plain great service. He know what he is doing. I was surprised on his fees. So I use him for all my rentals. He installed new kitchen sink and it came out perfect. Very neat and clean. Will recommend him 100%. Thank you Mark
