We've used Mark Dill Plumbing a couple of times spending quite a bit of money. We had one issue with a faucet that was installed improperly. When we contacted them they accused us of trying to fix it ourselves and creating the problem.
They fixed the problem, after an argument over charging us for another service. We will never use them again and recommend finding a plumber that doesn't blame their customers for their mistakes.
