We have had issues with our well for years after moving in despite the fact that it was a new build. The original person who installed the well was spectacularly unhelpful making all sorts of costly suggestions like installing all new hardware, faucets, showerheads,etc, then telling us to simply use less water. We got a recommendation from our local hardware store in Bethel, and called Mark. From the start, he went through all of the possibilities, gave us options for figuring out the issue, and finally did a yield test that gave us an answer. He then gave us a list of suggestions for how to fix the problem, pros and cons of each approach, and was honest, transparent, and thorough the whole way through this process. We decided to try fracking our well. He got it done very quickly and it did the trick! He recommended that we test the water afterwards as a precaution. After the water test showed coliform bacteria, he responded immediately to my panicked text that night, and came out to chlorinate the well the very next day...just in time for Thanksgiving when our whole family was coming out to stay. He saved our Thanksgiving!
