I met an older man requiring support, and I started to offer my help. He allowed me to handle service calls for his business, and that was a turning point for me. It truly benefited me during a time of job transitions, as I had no work. I was collecting scrap metal when I encountered him. I spotted his business and reached out to him. He said I could have all the scrap available. Eventually, I met him again and he wanted to know if I was seeking employment. I responded affirmatively, as plumbing was my passion. I preferred not to begin with a big corporation in any case. It was a perfect fit. Truly, divine timing is remarkable. For the record, his name was Mike Wells, the proprietor of Wells Plumbing. He was a great individual, and an excellent mentor.
