I used them because I have a tankless hot water system and they are qualified to work on Navien hot water heaters. Have used them twice and they were prompt, polite and the cost both times was less than what I expected to pay.
I will absolutely use them again.

I recommend mark Cantrell plumbing. They are honest with their work and they don't Buffalo you in stuff that doesn't need done. I highly recommend this company as the employees know their stuff and never have a complaint about their work and it's always done right the first time.

If I could give no stars I would. Don't get me wrong they do good work but they will charge and over charge you for things that are unnecessary work. They never gave me an estimate and when the work was finally done it was an outrageous amount.
I would never use them again and I definitely would never recommend them.

I have nothing bad to say about the work done by this company. The service line was installed and done well on our new home. However, they were originally unable to get us on the schedule for over 3 weeks. We waited the three weeks only to be contacted 2 evenings before asking if we needed a different size pipe due to the distance it was to run across our property and when we had no idea- they called the gas company and said they were told it needed to be a bigger pipe that would need to be ordered and the work could not be completed for another 5 days. I called the gas company myself after our new quote increased $700 as a result of this larger pipe, only to be told they could adjust the pressure instead -costing me little to nothing more. When we contacted the office back asking to remain on the schedule for the next morning As originally scheduled-we were asked if we could switch our appt time since another customer needed our date due to a pipe issue in her home. We needed this gas pipe done to close on our home and had already waited over 3 weeks so politely asked to keep our appointment. Teresa came on the phone and said our home was less important than this others customer's issue so we WOULD be pushed back another 5 days. She even took it upon herself to call back about two hours later and say "" just a reminder of your appointment NEXT week!!!!"" In the most condescending tone I have ever heard. Very unprofessional, very disappointing and that lady needs a few lessons in customer service. I will never do business with them again and I will recommend the same to anyone who asks. You don't treat people like she treated me and my husband and if you need something done in a timely manner and wish to be treated with respect- I suggest finding another company. It's a shame the poor customer service that is projected by such a hateful woman on this business.

we scheduled with Cantrell to look at our gas pipes for any leaks. The gentleman did a very thorough job.

Steve came out from Cantrell Plumbing for some home warranty work on our sump pump. He was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable - definitely will call Cantrell for my next plumbing need because of how great the service was.

Update: had Cantrell Plumbing come out again for work on a faucet and to replace a shutoff valve in a bathroom; exceptional work again.

Work was done professionally and in a timely manner.
Pricing was ridiculous, and no estimate was given, just an inflated bill at the end. When challenged on the bill, they made a very minor adjustment on price because they found that they had added incorrectly.

The other reviewers did not contract with Mark Cantrell. They have always been fair, timely and impeccable with their work. I have contracted them on multiple occasions, from simple faucet and valve replacements to partnering with other contracts in new additions and renovations.

If there could be less than 1 star rating that would be the truth. The office girl Theresa is absolutely incompetent. It has taken from April 20th to June 13, 2019 and I still do not have a quote from MCP. I have called the city water department for her I have contacted the gas company, passed on the info she could not get herself. Still no quote. Waiting on MCP delayed me getting into my house. My guess is that the owner is absentee or just doesn't care, no ones staff is this unproductive and incompetent with out going unnoticed. Buyer beware and steer clear of this train wreck of a company.
