Today was the first time we used Mark Bowyer Plumbing to try to fix our Kohler toilet which my wife and I thought was kaput. But our extremely polite service representative Brad was on time, analyzed the problem and completed the job in about 25 minutes, start to finish. And it has been working leak free ever since.
I know because I have flushed that toilet about 50 times so far today, all perfectly executed.

From now on, it will be Mark Bowyer plumbing for all my plumbing needs. In fact, I will be talking to Mr. Bowyer tomorrow about a more extensive plumbing task tomorrow. Did I mention their pricing was more than fair?

After reading all of the great reviews I called them on a Sunday because both of our toilets were backing up. They advertise 24 hour service. Was told they would text the guy on call and he would call me back. 20 minutes later , no call. Called them again and was told they would send another text. No call another 20 minutes went by! Really? You advertise 24 hour emergency service and communicate through text messages?!! No follow up from the office either to see if the tech called! Zero stars if I could! I work for a major home builder in the area and am asked for recommendations all of the time, they will certainly NOT be on my list!

Mark Bowyer Plumbing is great! They are professional, courteous and do a great job. They responded to a water emergency immediately and helped us get it fixed quickly and economically. Mark went out of his way to help us avoid extra costs. We can't recommend them enough!

I am a little late on writing this review but I called Mark Bower Plumbing and they were able to come out to my house the next day, early in the morning. They missed the morning appointment because they had a plumbing emergency. Mark himself came by later in the day and I must say, he was down to earth, professional and very honest. We had a tub leaking from the master bathroom down into the kitchen. He cut into our ceiling and looked for the leak. The problem is fixed and he gave us a great recommendation for a drywall contractor to fix the hole. We have found our plumber if we need anything taken care of. Class act all the way, thank you.

If your looking for a plumber, look no further than Mark Bowyer Plumbing! Fast, Friendly, efficient (overly so) and affordable. We remodeled a bathroom and ended up with a plumbing need in the eleventh hour and Mark showed up the same day!!! I can't say enough good about this service. Five stars plus.

Have been using Mark Bowyer Plumbing for over 20 + years. He is the only plumber we will allow to work on our home in Canyon Lake. Our home is tenant occupied for 7 months of the year. We do not live close to check on things so we are always reassured when we have the same reliable services calling on our repair needs for our home. (Also, this is for our peace of mind as well)
Very efficient Office Manager who does all the scheduling very friendly and helpful always!
In emergency situations (which we have had on numerous occasions) They do their very best to get out and fix the problem as soon as possible which we have always appreciated

We have used Mark Bower Plumbing for several plumbing jobs, both inside and out.

Mark & staff have gone out of their way on all occasions to do quality work, even when thrown a curve ball by unusual circumstances, as on our plumbing-to-septic adventure.

They most recently took care of several aspects of a backyard remodel with their usual expertise.

Calling the plumber is rarely a ""fun"" task, but at least when it is necessary, it's so nice to know there is a business on the other end of the line such as MBP that is consistenty pleasant, hardworking & reputable!

We have used Mark Bowyer Plumbing for years. Both with our commercial office and our 2 homes as well as my dads house. Always prompt, courteous and professional. Have to laugh at Bernadette's response from Beverly Hills. How unfair. She admitted to not having her phone with her and missed the confirmation call for service. Then had the oh woe is me attitude how the office staff was rude and then had to re review as to the pettiness of them to respond. Honestly she made an appointment, she failed to answer and therefore should have been charged a service call.-But wasn't...
Kudos to Bowyer Plumbing for keeping it professional. That review makes me want to uber refer to them...Always a pleasure.

In the past two months, I've run into two pinhole leaks in copper piping in my house. I was given the recommendation to call Mark Bowyer Plumbing by my local hardware store and I've been *very* pleased that I've found them. In both cases, I called and was greeted by someone pleasant at their office and each time I had someone at my house within 30 minutes(!). Both plumbers were very nice, very courteous and went the extra mile to make sure that, not only was the problem fixed but that there weren't more systemic problems involved that could cause greater problems in the future. Those included the use of infrared to make sure there wasn't greater damage within the walls and also checked the overall water pressure coming into the house. While these little extra things might be common place for each call, I really did like the fact that they went the extra mile. In addition, both plumbers were conscientious of making sure our wood floors were well taken care of while they completed the job, which was very much appreciated. I was also pleased with the plumbers recommendations for future preventative plumbing work that might need to be done in order to prevent future plumbing problems. The best part about these recommendations wasn't necessarily the recommendations themselves, which were good mind you, but the fact that I felt zero pressure to implement them right then and there. I didn't feel like I was being up sold but that they were honest concerns from a professional standpoint. The long of the short of it is, I would highly recommend Mark Bowyer Plumbing to anyone that asks and will be using them anytime I have plumbing needs. I'm thankful we've found someone honest and reliable.

Update: The pettiness of Mark Boyer's response to my review is prime example of what prompted my review in the 1st place. So, you've ""exposed"" my last name on Yelp, not sure I can live with the shame... I stand by my review. I've posted 14 reviews on yelp, 7 of them 5 stars, 2 of them 4 stars and 1 of them 3 stars. Please don't try to make it sound like you are the victim of someone who has nothing better to do than write bad reviews all day long. As for the 4 companies that I rated 2 or less, those ratings were earned fair and square. I will be posting nothing further regarding this unfortunate encounter.
