Was seeking a 2nd opinion on our sewer backup into the home. Discovered thru Mark's service, that I was misled by Roto Rooter. Jeremy, the field rep was polite, courteous, and explained everything that he was doing and why. It was a simple remedy and they saved me hundreds of dollars for being honest and forthright. When I called they were very nice. I'm sorry I can not remember the young guys name that came out . He was very respectful and very friendly made me feel very comfertable. They told me it would be 85 to come out. He figured out the problem in a few min. Fixed it very fast and had everything back up and running with in less than an hour. He told my husband it was 175. My husband said plus the 85. He said no that was just an estimate the lady had thought I ment something else. We were realy impressed with the price becsuse other people told us it would have been more. I think we got a good deal and we will call them any time we need a plummer again. Thank u so much

I can't tell you the number of times Mark Bowyer Plumbing has rescued us from a plumbing disaster. We have used their company for over 15 years and we have ALWAYS been satisfied with their work. They stand behind everything they do. They are professional and ethical, and they respond as quickly as humanly possible. Several years ago we did a complete home remodel with an unscrupulous contractor. His work was so bad that the Contractors State License Board revoked his license. Mark Bowyer Plumbing came in and fixed all of our sub-standard plumbing. They were absolutely terrific. Nobody WANTS to NEED a plumber, but if you need a plumber, you'll be happy you called Mark Bowyer.

I have multiple issues that need attention, so when I found out that it was $85 for the call, I figured that it would be applied to the cost of repair. To my surprise the lady that answered the phone said no, because it would probably take an hour to diagnose the problems. I need an elbow put one the piping of the garbage disposal, a faucet in the tub that doesn't give water anymore (probably the valve), (I'm a pretty handy person, but I'm not getting younger, and decided to let someone else do it). And a leak through the floor, that considering the toilet flange is fried, I figure it comes from that. I would be surprised that any plumber would take an hour to diagnose, and if they did, don't you think that they would be there long enough that they could apply the service call? I wouldn't apply the service call either if I knew it would only take a half an hour to fix something. It seems she has it backwards. Anyway, since I don't actually have any experience with them other than this issue, I'm not going to slam them. They sound good, that's why I called them. This is just fyi. I've had other plumbers work with me so I was just a little surprised, that's all.

MARK BOWYER PLUMBING!!! A+++++++++++++!!! These guys are EXPERTS!! Finally a PROFESSIONAL plumber that knows EXACTLY what to do!!!!

I LITERALLY had 6 different plumbers come to the house. 3 of which were from the Home Warranty company who knew NOTHING about plumbing. The first plumber showed up for a clog and didnt even bring a snake. (Not sure how he thought he would unclog the main line without one).

3 of the plumbers spent multiple hours looking around the garage floor, driveway and yard for a main line cleanout. None of them could find it so i was advised to have one installed. One of them wanted to charge $1100.00 to install a main line cleanout. So i called around and got a different plumber to install that same cleanout for $60.00. Seems ridiculous that the price could be so different for the same thing.

After a $3,600 estimate to fix a piping issue from one of the plumbers (which they said was the cause of the original clog), I decided i needed a second (or seventh) opinion.

i started looking for plumber referrals from friends in the area. i was referred to Mark Bowyer Plumbing.

These guys showed up lickity split! I don't even think i had the phone hung up yet before they arrived!!! These guys are so knowledgable, they weren't even there for 5 minutes before the located the main line cleanout in the front yard that the other plumbers spent hours looking for.

They fixed the original cause of the clog and saved me thousands of dollars!!! These guys are the PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, KNOWLEDABLE, ETHICAL, and INFORMATIVE EXPERTS anyone in need of a plumber should call!! I wish i had called them first!!

I can't say enough how great Mark and his team are! I had plumbers give me the run around for a week on my foundation leak and after they never came back I hired Mark and his team.
