Our water heater decided it did not want to contain water anymore. I thought getting it fixed today would be impossible. I decided to call Mark Bowyer Plumbing and spoke with Kathy and explained my situation. She said someone would be out here within the hour and he was here in less than an hour. Service and cost is unbeatable. Thank you for your fast and professional service.

Our bathroom shower drain started backing up and became worse when the sink was turned on. I called MBP (Mark Bowyer Plumbing), and they sent Brad out the same day. Brad arrived on time, knew exactly where the clog was originating, and took care of the problem quickly. He then fixed a drip in the shower handle as well as a leak in an outside faucet. I've used MBP before and have always been satisfied with their work. This is the second time Brad has come out. He's a very friendly guy with a unique sense of humor. And he's a terrific plumber. Good job, Brad. I recommend MBP to everyone. The price for all the above, by the way, was less than what I expected, and that's always a good thing.

I called Mark Bowyer Plumbing because our toilet overflowed and water was coming up in the bathtub. They responded very quickly and came out within a couple of hours. Brad was very personable and explained everything he was going to do. The price was reasonable and the job done right. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Excellent service! Fast and honest. I love that they're local and a small business. Reasonably priced. My kitchen sink was not draining and Mark came out and fixed it! Hes super friendly and my dogs loved him. The sink was fixed quickly. He even gave me tips on some energy efficant toilets and on how to prevent the sink from getting clogged again! Support small local businesses and give them a call. You wont regret it!

Great service at a fair price. I found out late Sunday night that my water heater broke. I called first thing Monday morning and Mark was there within 2 hours w a new water heater. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

I had a leak in my upstairs shower that leaked into the downstairs ceiling drywall.. they came Fast! Within 2 hours.. only crappy part (and this had nothing to do with this company) was the screw was stripped and the shower Handle had to be sawed off. So that put the cost up... again it wasn't anybody's fault, just bad luck

We have been patronizing Bowyer plumbing for over 20 years. I have personally been saved thousands due to their integrity in business! I was about to sign on the dotted line with an unscrupulous flood repair business. They stepped in and helped even when it did not bring them a dime. The office staff is amazing and I recommend Mark Bowyer plumbing highly!

Today was the first time we used Mark Bowyer Plumbing to try to fix our Kohler toilet which my wife and I thought was kaput. But our extremely polite service representative Brad was on time, analyzed the problem and completed the job in about 25 minutes, start to finish. And it has been working leak free ever since.
I know because I have flushed that toilet about 50 times so far today, all perfectly executed.

From now on, it will be Mark Bowyer plumbing for all my plumbing needs. In fact, I will be talking to Mr. Bowyer tomorrow about a more extensive plumbing task tomorrow. Did I mention their pricing was more than fair?

After reading all of the great reviews I called them on a Sunday because both of our toilets were backing up. They advertise 24 hour service. Was told they would text the guy on call and he would call me back. 20 minutes later , no call. Called them again and was told they would send another text. No call another 20 minutes went by! Really? You advertise 24 hour emergency service and communicate through text messages?!! No follow up from the office either to see if the tech called! Zero stars if I could! I work for a major home builder in the area and am asked for recommendations all of the time, they will certainly NOT be on my list!

Mark Bowyer Plumbing is great! They are professional, courteous and do a great job. They responded to a water emergency immediately and helped us get it fixed quickly and economically. Mark went out of his way to help us avoid extra costs. We can't recommend them enough!
