We have used this company for several projects. Plumbing being what it is, the prices are fair. However you will need a lot of patience with them. They are horrible on returning calls or being on time.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - the plumber was scheduled to arrive "after lunch", which ended up being 4:30 pm. Within 5 minutes he informed us that he did not have the right equipment and would be out first thing the next morning (between 8 and 9). 12:50 pm, after calling the plumber and the office several times beginning at 10:00 am, Mark-1 Plumbing informed us that they did not have the right equipment (for installing an additional cleanout valve and snaking the line from the house) and would not be able to do the job. WHAT!!!! We had to contact them from a DIFFERENT phone number just to get them to answer the phone! Our family and friends have always used this plumber - NEVER AGAIN! Very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend Mark-1 Plumbing.

I used Mark-1 Plumbing on rental property. I couldn't have been more disappointed in the work. The employee's were late, rude and grossly unprofessional. The toilet they replaced still leaks, and it seems small claims is my only route. I do not recommend this company. As an out of state resident this have been a total nightmare.
