I had been a customer for 7 years until today. Requested a plumber check out a leak from an upper unit into the lower unit. Was billed to 2 plumbers at $165.00 per hour 1 3/4 hours and all the found was a need for some caulk around the bath tub. Charge $333.50 too rich for my blood!

This company doesn't stand behind there word was told by the owner that he would take care of a $5200 dollar screw up from a house I bought from him.. Even had the guts to show up to my house and tell that to my face. He told me a check would be in the mail that week its now been over a month and now all my messages get ignored doesnt respond to anything. The owner is a liar and a crook do not use this company all he cares about is himself and making a buck.

We had our bathroom remodeled. Maritime was contracted to do the plumbing. The plumber they sent over seemed like all he wanted to do was get out of our house. We had a new pedestal sink put in; and they used the same p-trap from our old sink. Had hoped for chrome; but we are stuck with the old white pipes. The caulking job between the sink and the wall looks like a blind person did it. It looks awful. The toilet was so loose that when someone sat on it, it hit the wall. The sink drain smelled like sewer gas, still does. Called Maritime; and they sent a guy out. He put a wrench to the bolts that hold the toilet down. Now the trim caps won't stay on. He claimed the odor from the sink drain was normal. They left a jagged hole where the drain pipe goes into the wall. The first guy told us we can get an escutcheon anywhere. It took us a week to get one online. Didn't feel like it was my job to finish their's. They did okay on the shower head; but that was the only positive. In the future, if I need a plumber, I'll look elsewhere.
