My elderly relative had issues with his sewer line backing up. We called Mario hoping he had time to help us out. Not only did he come out on a Saturday (Mario & his crew ate off on weekends,) but he spent the entire day working on the line. Mario & his crew were very professional, arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, were honest & were a huge help. I highly recommend Mario for all your plumbing needs. His professionalism has gained a customer for life.

My Mother of 96 has a frozen valve in her shower, after a few messages and days, Mario told us he would do the job on Monday knowing that I had to drive 2 hours to be there. We were scheduled to meet at 9. I got there at 830, he got there at 945, told us he could not do the job today, did a cursory review, decided that the cartridge should be removed and replace as a first course of action. Scheduled us for the following Monday Morning, tried to pull the cartridge(unsuccessfully), was there for less than an hour, told us we would have an estimate by 2pm. Two days later he calls and tells us he is too busy to do the job.
Thanks, 2 weeks down a rabbit hole.

Mario and Kevin have a very professional service, and they will do what it takes to get the job done. Negotiations were very clear up front, and we actually did a handshake on it (good old Hollister old fashioned way) on what we agreed on for the job to get done. He also subcontracted the multiple jobs to his various contacts, and he made sure that the finished product was up to our satisfaction.
