Had a tiny leak from the main water supply line connecting to the house. It was just a few drops running down the pipe and didn't think it was anything serious but decided to have someone come out to take a look just in case. So I called Mario's Plumbing to see if they take a took. The receptionist, Beatriz, who scheduled my appointment was prompt and courteous in calling me back to set something up and there was no fee for them to come out and provide an estimate. Mario arrived within the appointed time window. He took a look at the pipe and suggested it would be better and safer to replace the section of the pipe rather than just leaving it or patching it up even if it's just a few drops at the moment. Turns it was a fortuitous decision because when Mario removed and examined the pipe section it showed inner wall of the pipe had cracked through the wall already and was just barely been held in place by the extra thick coat of paint on the pipe. That pipe was ready to burst at any moment. Luckily Mario caught it in time. He replaced the pipe with new copper piping and also replaced a couple of shower arms all within a couple of hours. He was quick, polite, and very personable and most importantly he knew his craft and trade very well. He seems to be an honest family man with old school work ethics - an honest dollar for an honest day's work. He's definitely someone I will add to my ""I know a guy"" contact list and call him for any future plumbing needs.

P.S. He also personally called me up the next day to see if the pipe was okay and if there were any issues. Who does that anymore? I wish more service companies would be like that.

Mario was excellent. I called with a kitchen drain issue and he was at my house in one hour. Fixed it and was a fair priced. I highly recommend Mario.

The insides of my toilet exploded and flooded my bathroom. The wall valve did not work when I tried to turn it off so I had to turn off the water to the whole house. I was shocked when Michelle answered and not an answering machine. An hour later Charles was at my door and 30 minutes later it was fixed. I was expecting an emergency job on a Sunday would destroy my checkbook, but the price was so reasonable. Five stars is not enough.

I needed my kitchen clean out drain snaked and a leaking refrigerator ice maker filter fixed. I called Mario's Plumbing (recommendation from a Hollister Facebook community) on Thursday around 2pm and Mario was here to my rescue the next morning. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did a great job very quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Mario's Plumbing!

I called Mario's business on a Sunday, expecting to get a recording. Michelle answered. I explained my broken pipe to her and she scheduled me for the next morning. I was elated. Charles came out with a smile and a solution to my problem. Charles was knowledgeable and efficient and could not have been nicer. They had been out to my home one other time as well. It is hard to find local people that are good and reliable. I am very happy I now can refer my friends to a good plumber. Thanks to you all.

I called Mario's plumbing about 5:30 pm In the evening one day when I was in a little bit of a jam. They came out within the hour, made a temp fix that restored water back in my house so I could bathe my kids and have running water again. I am VERY thankful for that. Thank you! Mario's Plumping made a suggestion on how to fix the issue permanently so it wouldn't happen again. we agreed that was the right thing to do. The very next day, Mario showed up at the time he said he would be and immediately started getting dirty. They killed it in one day and it looks great. Thanks again. Would recommend.

Highly recommend Mario's Plumbing. We only have one shower in our house and the valve busted. I called Mario's plumbing and they came out the next day first thing in the morning. Charles was very friendly and quick. He finished the job in two hours and cleaned up before he left. Very reasonable pricing and gave me peace of mind that I could get back to my stay home mom life.

These guys are a joke
They came to my house to fix my furnace and turned off my gas and did something to my water heater
Next day my water heater does NOT work and they will. It answer the phone.
If you're looking for an honest person Mário is def not your guy
Who does faulty work on a house and doesn't answer or fix the problem?

UPDATE: Mario finally got back to me to tell me that he will not be fixing the problem and according to him there is no problem.
If you want someone as disrespectful and incompetent as him be my guest call him for his services
But in my eyes this guy is a joke
Over charges and cheats his customers and will not own or fix his mistakes
I also went to the address given for his shop.. it doesn't exist it's a glass shop that has nothing to do with Mario's plumbing

My elderly relative had issues with his sewer line backing up. We called Mario hoping he had time to help us out. Not only did he come out on a Saturday (Mario & his crew ate off on weekends,) but he spent the entire day working on the line. Mario & his crew were very professional, arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, were honest & were a huge help. I highly recommend Mario for all your plumbing needs. His professionalism has gained a customer for life.
