I called because I was told by my handy man that I needed a plumber to look at an issue with my pipes underneath my sink. The guys who came were awesome. Explained everything. Turns out I did need a new pipe - but also they had to put in a snake to clear the line and let me know of some other plumbing issues that I have. They were diligent, informative and gave me some guidance on how to move forward. Left me feeling cared for and informed. Highly recommend and would call on again if I need them.

Updating for a 2nd FIVE STAR experience, this time with Manuel. Had a toilet with a weird clog and needed some of the hardware in the tank replaced (it was broken and running). As usual, the team at Mario's was on top of it. Manuel was fantastic - our toilets are unique and require smaller hardware and additional tools. Manuel had everything needed to do the job, and worked hard to make sure everything was running smoothly. Satisfied customer for a second time - Mario's will be my go-to. Thank you!

We called Mario's Plumbing on a Tuesday before Thanksgiving and was able to make an appointment for the following day. Manny came and helped us replace the garbage disposal. We are very happy with his work! He's punctual, professional, efficient and most importantly, he kept our house clean while doing his work! We will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues. 5 stars and highly recommended!

Our toilet was blocked and called Mario's plumbing and Drains. I really impressed by their professional service: fast and clean job! And especially for their honest attitude toward their service: we have agreed the price to remove the toilet and clean it. They told me that since they fixed it without doing a lot of work, therefore they charged less than I have agreed. This is such a big contrast to people who tries just get as much as possible from you. I highly recommend their work!

Water heater died unexpectedly on a Sunday night. Called around and 1) couldn't get anyone to come or 2) felt like they were taking advantage of the situation. Then, we came across Mario's and Kevin was very helpful and responsive. Came out to inspect at a reasonable price and gave us an honest diagnosis. So lucky to have found them and will use them again for anything else.

I'll start by writing that I'm a general contractor in the commercial industry and understand plumbing and residential systems. I am writing this review unsolicited and can say that it was a wonderful experience and Mario and Kevin will now be my go-to plumber for any future needs at my house. I had a significant leak in my kitchen sink plumbing (waste line) under my house in the crawl space. Mario's Plumbing came as a recommendation from another local Menlo Park plumber. He noted that Mario was honest, fairly priced, and did quality work. After a call to Mario, Kevin and his team quickly responded and were out to my house promptly and did a much more exhaustive investigation than previous competitors had done. They gave me options and great suggestions along with fair pricing. The crew were all friendly, worked in a clean manner, and were very approachable. The work commenced and was completed in the same day. I could not recommend them enough and am very happy to have a great plumber that I can call in the future.
