Once again, we had a plumbing emergency where our front yard sprinkler system just started dumping out gallons of water rapidly, flooding our front yard late, in the afternoon last Friday.
I called on Mario, once again & he showed up within 30 minutes (driving to Cupertino from Redwood City in rush hour traffic) & promptly got to work on the problem. He explained what happened & why & then fixed the problem for us.

We're so impressed with the promptness, professionalism & fair pricing of this company & we'll absolutely call them again if we have ANY plumbing issues. We confidently recommend them, 100%.

We had a late-night issue with our dishwasher, where it was making a bad grinding noise, and water was overflowing, so we called Mario. They were so kind to guide us on the phone on how to turn off the dishwasher entirely for free without coming out to a house call and charging us. They were amazing! We will be calling them for our future plumbing needs again!

Had Manny and Vidal help us with various drain issues at our home from kitchen sinks to bathrooms, needing to replace pipes and various parts. Both men worked conscientiously. They were focused on their jobs and took care to clean up ( never made a mess the first place? We thank them for their courteous and thoughtfulness toward us and our home besides the professional work they did, so very organized and careful with each step !

People complain often about workers hard to find ,careless on their jobs, late on appointments, and poor attitudes.

We have the opposite to say about Mario's from calling for service, scheduling, on time, and such professional attitudes toward work and customers.

Mario's Plumbing And Drains came to fix our clogged main sewer line last Sunday evening. It was an emergency call. The service was superb. They not only unclogged the sewer line but also found the root cause by running a camera through the drain pipe. It gives us an idea to solve the problem completely.
They had to remove a toilet to get access to the clogged pipe. After placing the toilet back, they even cut off the excessive length of the bolt so that the bolt cap can be properly installed. This was an extra work.
We are so grateful for their service. I hope we will not have the same problem in the future. If we do, I will definitely call them again.

My kitchen sink developed a leak so I called Mario's Plumbing and Drains.
I am so happy I did. Kevin and Issac came by within 10 minutes of me contacting the office and they did a FANTASTIC job identifying the underlying issue and changing out the faulty fixtures under my sink. We had a backup in our system that happened early Wednesday evening. It turned out to be an emergency as sewage started backing up the pipes (ugh..). Kevin from Mario's showed up to investigate the issue. Even though it was dark, Kevin took the time to make sure we could find the access point. Unfortunately, we had just moved into this house so we didn't really know where to look. After fumbling around in the dark for about 20 minutes, just as I was about to give up, my wife fortunately found it! Kevin never pressured us to the backup solution which required draining from inside the house. This would've been more expensive not to mention disgusting.

On top of this, he offered to help diagnose potential future issues free of charge the next morning. You can tell when someone is a honest and good human being, Kevin is that guy.

Would definitely work with Mario's again.

Manny and Vidal did a great job replacing my dysfunctional kitchen faucet. They even took care to turn off my solar water heating system beforehand so it didn't damage itself during the water turnoff time period. I never would have thought of that. Efficient, but also friendly. I recommend them ! They charged $700 to replace the faucet with a new one (that I provided).

I woke up on a rainy Saturday morning to find my toilet backed-up. I called another plumber who actually refused to come out and work in the rain. I then contacted Mario's Plumbing. Kevin from Mario's came and solved my problem. It wasn't a blockage but a problem with my toilet. Kevin was very professional, reasonably priced, and basically saved my weekend.
