Our water began to fail last week, which was leased through bay state , Columbia gas. Since Columbia doesn't lease through their company they go through Columbia home . We placed the call Tuesday morning and were asked several COVID questions for safety the person told us we would get a call for an appointment within four hours . Three hours later we were booked a time for service the next day between 1 and three pm. We received a call Wednesday at 1:30 saying they were on their way. One half later they arrived hooked up a hose with a pump drained the old tank through our washer standpipe , cut the connections put the new tank filled an were gone in just 75 minutes . No mess no leaks . Efficient , clean and friendly. Thanks Marion Plumbing !
