Very satisfied with Mario & Sons. Mario was super professional, did a fantastic job and left everything clean after. Thumbs up from me:)
Jordan S.Hey paisanos, if you're looking for top quality plumbing professionals, you're in for a treat. Hang out with these plumbers and you'll be hooked on the brothers!
Advice: if you're hungry in the waiting room and you want to pasta plate from home, bring enough to share and ask about their spaghetti policy.
BUYER BEWARE. This company is about money & money only. No guarantees or warranties on their work. Vinny arrived at my home to trouble shoot my gas fireplace. He determined there was air in the pipes. He fixed that, put some black tape around the battery pack & then replaced the logs. He charged us $250 & we gave a $20 tip. One month later the fireplace is still not working. I called & spoke to Vinny's brother who told me (over the phone) it was the battery pack & ""good luck finding that"" & that it would be ANOTHER $250 to come back to the house. Well not only did we find the battery pack, but we had it installed by an honest plumber who charged 1/4 of the $250 price that I paid Mario and Sons. His comment - it's people like that that give us a bad rep.
Ronald A.I had the NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs get involved. They reported that this business has no business or plumbers licenses and the address used is not valid. They advised taking legal action.
