Mario did an incredible job trouble-shooting and correcting my tankless hot water heater blend over problem that I've been fighting with for over 10 years. Others have tried, but none have succeeded until now. In but a couple of hours Mario listen to the problems I was having with my system and corrected everything that I have been frustrated with for so long. I now have full use of all three of my bathrooms and my family can now take showers and enjoy every minute of it. Our kids and I no longer have to fight over the only shower that has worked have way decent in years. My son was so excited to finally be able to take a normal shower that he took a hour long shower, without me know it of course, and the whole family is happy as a clam. FYI- I own a property management business and deal with a lot of plumbers and Mario listens when you talk and does it at a fair price. I'll continue to use his services for years to come. Water heater leaking on a Sunday evening saw this business on Thumbtack. Emailed them about my problem they got back to me in minutes asked if I needed them now. Said no figured I can wait until morning . They arrived saw my water heater was toast gave me a discount for being a senior and within 2 1/2 hrs I have a brand new water heater they strapped it to the wall all new fittings a drain pan just over all a great experience. We have a very complicated water system with two different wells on the property. After a year of several plumbers, well contractors, no one could figure out what was going wrong with our system. I have an older model mobile home, the shower is a problem. He gave me a solution, and sent estimate to fix this problem.

Mario is a quality plumber that gets things done the right way. He is an educated plumber and knows the difference from right and wrong. I wanted a tankless water heater and informed me my gas line was undersized and and a dedicated line would need to be ran to my tankless in order to prevent my other appliances from being starved of fuel. I'm glad I didn't tackle this project myself and instead I'm glad I called Mario brothers!

I had a very dangerous situation with our water heater as it began to fail. Essentially it was about ""explode"" due to overpressure as the burner kept coming on.

I made several calls to various professional plumbers and they all wanted ridiculous prices for a 50-gal tank. In fact, some of the quotes were getting close to the ""tankless"" water heater systems. Not trying to bash anyone, but this lead me to research further.

I sent a request to Mario Brothers Plumbing for a callback. A few minutes later, I was already speaking with the man himself. Mario is extremely patient and professional. He cared to spend whatever time it takes to help explain and even offered to be onsite the same day. My wife was also very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond. She decided to go forward with the best product available because of his honesty. Mario made an offer no one could refuse and we scheduled him the next day for a tankless water heater install. It's the best price/deal without question.

Mario is extremely precise with his communications and follow through: prompt, work details, product knowledge and execution. His workmanship is impeccable!

He moves like a cat and he works like Michael Jordan. I already got him tasked for more projects... A generational talent!!!
