I have used them three times and the first two were great in all respects and the third one was very well done as well but the price was higher than I would have expected.
I want to emphasize I will continue to use them when I can't get my personal plumber to come out.
I may have unrealistic expectations as to prices, but I know my personal guy would have done it for a lot less.

We recently had to have a kitchen faucet replaced, our water heater replaced, and some other work. Our service man was Terry and he was very good. He explained what he recommended we needed to do, talked my wife and me through the process, did the work quickly and efficiently, and when something turned out to need additional work, he explained why it needed to be done and what the additional costs would be. No surprises, just efficiency and detailed explanations! We will use Marines again!

My old water heater finally stopped working. I have used Marines Service for all my plumbing work over the years, including the installation of a garbage dispenser under the kitchen sink. Ray and his team responded immediately and came out to me home the next day with a new water heater. They did a very professional job and highlighted other work I needed to bring the plumbing up to current code requirements. Very highly recommended. Great job at typical rates for this type of service in NOVA.

Had water heater issues for almost 2 weeks and called Marines Service to come out and put the new parts that heater company had sent out. Carlos and Jeremy came out to put the parts in. The parts did not fix the problem as expected (since I had the same issue the year before). The heater company authorized a new water heater and Carlos and Jeremy went to pick it up immediately and installed it that day!!!!!! The person who took my call to set up the appointment was very professional so I felt comfortable setting up the appointment to begin with as well.

We have been having recurring trouble with our kitchen sink getting clogged. We called and made an appointment with Marine Services. They sent us a confirmation text and we were able to add details to our plumbing issues that I forgot to add in the phone. Two plumbers came to our house and really worked hard to clear up our sink issue instead of just snaking it once and leaving us with a sink ready to clog again. I will definitely call them again for other projects. Highly recommended.

We had a dishwasher installed by Tony, he did a great job in over coming the obstacle of getting the old machine out of the space. The new dishwasher went in smoothly. He was respectful of making sure everything was clean when he left.

Marine Plumbing responded on the same day to address a leak in my townhouse. They fixed the leak and checked out to rest of townhouse, identifying and fixing another leak. Carols was efficient and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
