This family owned and operated business is exceptional. It's the third time I've used them over the years and every experience has been stellar!!!
I called at 11:00am yesterday and explained my situation to Lanette. She said, ""I can have James over there by 12:30pm today, does that work for you?"" James came by right on time and disconnected a washer, dryer and sink in my garage. He was really friendly, knowledgeable and also laid out all my options for reconnection at my new place. They are super reasonable with pricing too. Thanks Marina Plumbing & Heating for another job well done! :) Anna

If only I could give 10 stars! My first interaction was with Lanette who was full of empathy upon hearing of our water leak on a Friday afternoon. She was able to schedule James to our home that evening. James showed up during the prescribed time window and immediately got to work finding the underground leak. He worked until dark and planned to return the next day. By afternoon all was fixed. He had every tool he needed (jackhammers, concrete, copper pipe, soldering stuff) and worked efficiently and neatly to solve the problem and get the place back in shape. I will only be calling Marina Plumbing for any future issues with our old pipes. They are professional and take pride in their work, follow through, and do as they say they will.

Marina Plumbing & Heating just finished a complete re-pipe on my house. This included a new water heater, toilets, fixtures, hose bibs; everything. They removed all the old galvanized pipe. PEX for the long runs under the house and thick copper in all the walls. Repaired, taped and textured access holes needed to access plumbing/shower/tub when they were done.

I highly recommend MP&H. The technicians and the management are knowledgeable, experienced, skilled and personable. The materials are top-of-the-line as is the quality of the work. I did get lower quotes, but I wanted this to be done right and felt MP&H would do the most professional job while using the highest quality materials. In this case you get what you pay for and the difference in money over the lifetime of the plumbing is nothing. Quality counts!

-Very satisfied customer, obviously!

My tankless hot water heater started acting up after a recent power outage. I called my usual plumber on a Wednesday. He told me the earliest he could get to me would be Monday morning. I immediately called Marina Plumbing and Heating. They worked me into their schedule at the end of the day and fixed our problem. Great communication and service. I will definitely be using this business in the future.

Our daughter was hospitalized pneumonia last month. When the hospital gave her the go-ahead to come home, we were so concerned about the air quality in our home, and wanted to ensure that it was clean and healthy. We called the company that originally installed our heater, and they were unable to help us. My husband and I had heard amazing things about Marina Plumbing, and we decided to give them a call. Marina Plumbing understood our concerns for our daughter, and made us a top priority. They came the day before she got out of the hospital, and figured out the problem with our heater in NO TIME. We were so pleased with their thorough and timely fix. Marina Plumbing is an amazing family business that truly puts family first. They pride themselves on quality, and top notch service. I could not be happier, and will call them for all future plumbing and heating needs. HIGHLY recommend this business.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and called MP&H to repair. They came to repair and found that they did not have the part and would have to order. They immediately wanted $100 for the visit and insisted that they would need another $100 for the return visit, then another $200 for two more hours of labor to replace it, not to mention the cost of the part. I paid the shyster his lousy $100 and told him to pound sand.
I found the part on amazon for less than $50, and youtubed the repair...it took me $50 and less than 30 mins to replace the part. At most, it should have cost me triple that to have them repair.
Moral of the story: these people will gouge you and nickel and dime you to death. Beware.
