Provided inferior service; came and unplugged our kitchen drain, which backed up (again) a week later. When contacted, their representative told us they don't guarantee their service but we could have purchased a warranty that we were never informed about at the time of service. Roto Rooter wanted to charge a second fee of $195; thus, we sought service elsewhere. Additionally, a receipt wasn't provided for a week but we were charged the day of the service.

Currently Mr.Rooter services a number of our homes in the Novato, San Rafael area and they have always responded promptly, professionally, resolving the problem and following up with a phone call and report. Rachelle is always available to speak with, promptly has all invoicing accurately prepared,, and has been very helpful. I will continue to utilize their services and can recommend them highly.

I was able to get a same day appointment on a saturday, with a much appreciated call 30 minutes prior. 2 of the nicest guys came out, unclogged the tub right away, even cleaned up the area before leaving.
The price was very reasonable, I would definitely call them again.

This company and office cost me literally 100k on the sale of my home. They inspected and video'd the wrong sewer line entirely, one that would never have been routes from my house according to experts in the field, and submitted data that was false. This data came up in diligence in the sale of my house, triggered an easement dispute and cost me absurd time and money to correct, not to mention the sale of a very expensive home. Completely infuriating gross negligence. Call Gopher IT Trenchless. They saved my ass from roto rooter...

Please know what excellent service we had today, Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Steve arrived early and was through with the job within an hour. He not only cleaned out our main, but replaced a part in our toilet, but throughout his visit, he was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter. And, our appreciation goes out to Steve.
