Jake solves problems. When dealing with other trades folks you sometimes end up being your own project manager and dealing with issues. Not so here. We had a few issues that arose, Jake indicated that in our next install if those issues were still there he'd have to charge extra for the time spend but didn't charge us for managing them on this first install.

I left to go to work, got a message with the horrible packing materials that my product came in but came home to everything done and nicely installed.

Problem solving. Its what I like to pay folks for!

I needed a shower valve replaced in a short turnaround time. Marin H2O was able to do that. Jake gave me an estimate on a Thursday, and four days later the work was completed. Jake & Chris were both professional & did an awesome job - quality work at a reasonable price. FYI - I got a previous quote from another company that came in much higher and said tile work would be involved. Jake did the job without replacing any tile! If I ever have any plumbing needs in the future I will be calling Marin H2O!

All plumbers are NOT created equal. Had a plumber in to my Curves location for a toilet clog issue. The plumber admitted (after 4hours of trying) they could not get the clog unclogged and I should call someone else. We called Marin H2O - they were there and they blasted through the clog, showed me the problem and fixed it.

They are completely professional, have high tech equipment friendly professional servicemen and they get the job done when others can't.

I got a call at 10pm on a Sunday to tell me that the hot water was out in my hotel. I called the ususal Plumbers and non of them would answer their phones. I called Marin H20 and was given a 30min. arrival time. When I got there Rick the owner was waiting in the parking lot. I showed him the heater and he said he would get it working and that I could go home. I told my front Desk clerk to call me if he didn't get the hot water working. I never got a call. When I got to work at 8:30am there was not one guest complaint of no hot water. Marin H20 got it fixed before anyone needed hot water. Great Job!!!! They have done two other projects for me since then and I have been very pleased every time. They are very professional and prompt. I was happy to learn they do Plumbing, Water Softening systems and Drain clogg removal. One stop shop for all your plumbing needs. I highly reocmend Marin H20.

I don't often write reviews for home services, but this time I need to share the experience. I was leaving the country on a 6:00 a.m. flight and on the night before, our toilet overflowed and the shower filled up. I was in a panic, so I called Marin H2O because I had read about their quick service and integrity here on Yelp.
The owner, Rick Williams, came over on that Sunday night because all of his workers were already on emergency calls. YIKES!!
Rick got the home to where we could use the only shower and the toilet was working also. But, he had to call his guys out the next day with a more permanent solution. I was out of the country and when I called home, the problem was solved. I returned home to find a bill half of what I had expected. I am so accustomed to getting ripped off by home contractors, especially when you call them in for an emergency
I FULL ON recommend this service to everyone, emergency or not.

I had reasons to call Marin H20 on two different occasions recently.
The response was immediate. One had to do with a toilet/sewer problem and someone was at my home within an hour addressing the issue.
Another time a broken kitchen faucet and bathroom drainage problem was again addressed in record time! I would highly recommend this outfit for your plumbing needs for their professionalism and timeliness in responding. I won't hesitate to use them in the future.

These guys are great! They were super accommodating on the phone and able to come over the same day both times I called. Jake came over both times and was able to do in 20 minutes what the contractor had predicted would take 1 week....saving us tons of money. Very professional and easy to work with!

Terrible!! You do not want to hire this company. Take my word for it..

Bad service and over charge... Lies and blame someone else..
I am a property manager...They came out to replace the backflow device and broke the pipe under the ground and didn't want to admit they broke...
The backflow device had a failure about 8 months later they refused to repair under the warranty citing that someone else tempered with it....
What a bunch of lies....
