Our new (old) house needed a full sewer lateral replacement and we sourced multiple quotes as this is a big investment for us - $$$$$. We settled on Marin H20 and they were available within a few weeks, although never really confirmed their actual work dates as they kept getting pushed out. Ultimately, my issue with this company is that our final bill came back 20% more than quoted. I understand things may arise but this was a fairly simple project and we were never given notice of these extra costs (paving overage, labor overage, misquoted tool rental), which seems like common contractors etiquette. The company addressed my questions on the final bill but I felt deceived and felt like they quoted low to get the job... just wanted to share so others are aware.

Some of the nicest, timely, efficient water treatment company that you could ever come across! We purchased our equipment a dozen or so years ago and never looked back, In all that time, perhaps two times that we needed to have their specialists out to take care of super minor things! Rick is the owner, Wonderful man and one of his workers Kevin--always cheerful, on time, and expert care. You will have wondered why you didn't change your water system sooner!

I have always had a good experience with Rick and his team. The technicians are always prompt, prepared and good problem solvers. Rick gives me solid recommendations and follows through. Hector did my most recent installation and could not have been more helpful, careful and thorough. And working with Stephanie in the front office is always a pleasure. They are on my speed dial, for sure.

I've worked with the Rick and his team at Marin H2O on many occasions for my business and I can't recommend them enough. Often times we're giving them call without much notice and they always come through. Not only has Rick assembled an engaged team, but he's always personally involved with the projects. They are professional, prompt, and always do the job right. I'm currently working with them on a plumbing issue from our original contractor and he's taken care of just about everything. I'm so disappointed with this company. This company is not trustable, I got leaking water pipe then called this company they send technician come and do cleaning pipe less than 10 mins, then charged me $300, but the problem still there, water still leaking for few days, then I called them back to re-inspect it, The technician told me he thought broken pipe. I responded to him that you are professional how could you know broken pipe if you don't use your equipment to find out. He told me, they will charge another $125 for checking where the problem is but not sure to find out the problem. What the heck, that is impossible for the company bad service like this. They just want to rip off the money than caring to build the trust from customers. Instead they treat customer like that, they try to find out problem then explain with customers need to fix that problem then I will happy to let them continue their services until finish with no problem extra charge from them.
I'm so upset with the way they communicate without explanation.
I'm totally not recommended this company if anyone need for plumbing.
