I'm so disappointed with this company. This company is not trustable, I got leaking water pipe then called this company they send technician come and do cleaning pipe less than 10 mins, then charged me $300, but the problem still there, water still leaking for few days, then I called them back to re-inspect it, The technician told me he thought broken pipe. I responded to him that you are professional how could you know broken pipe if you don't use your equipment to find out. He told me, they will charge another $125 for checking where the problem is but not sure to find out the problem. What the heck, that is impossible for the company bad service like this. They just want to rip off the money than caring to build the trust from customers. Instead they treat customer like that, they try to find out problem then explain with customers need to fix that problem then I will happy to let them continue their services until finish with no problem extra charge from them.
I'm so upset with the way they communicate without explanation.
I'm totally not recommended this company if anyone need for plumbing.

His service,skill level,price and attention to detail are unmatched anywhere in Marin and Sonoma Counties.

I could not have possibly been spoken to more disrespectfully when inquiring about new service. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that she was ""training someone new and that she could not deal with my questions right now."" She cut me off mid sentence when asking when a better time would be with an extremely distasteful tone.

Alternately, Culligan of Santa Rosa could not have been more helpful.

Had them come out and take a root ball out of the sewage line. Everything seemed fine, and after a couple of flushes without incident, I thought everything was okay, so off he went. Doing a small load of laundry and there's backflow, again! It was past closing time, so I left a message, but my wife called the emergency line. They came out after closing, but said there would be no emergency charge and snaked the line from the inside, this time. VERY much appreciated them coming out after closing and handling this. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

This was a referral to me and I have never been SO pleased. Having had a fire and needing desperately a HW Heater replacement & install. Marin H2O came right away and installed a fantastic HW Heater at an extremely reasonable price. Ken the person that came out was incredible - very polite and friendly and was very forthright and instructive. He explained what he was doing and it was easy to tell that the man really knew the trade & technology! Rick the Proprietor of Marin H2O was great to talk to and very customer oriented. He too, explained everything involved and sent someone out immediately. I would refer these folks to anyone. As a matter of fact I would encourage them to call.

I called Marin H2O on a neighbor's recommendation, after Roto Rooter failed in video checking our sewer lateral. When I called, Rick was very helpful and gave me good information. I'd felt burned by Roto Rooter ($350 for nothing!) but Rick was so reassuring I scheduled an appointment for Ken to give it a try. Ken showed up on time (nice and early so I wasn't late for work) and was able to complete the work even though the 90 degree bends in our line had prevented Roto Rooter from doing so. Ken was very nice and also gave me great information--and the price was great. Whereas with Rooter I felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me for more unneccessary jobs, Ken and Marin H2O felt very trustworthy. I will definitely use them again!

I am very pleased with Marin h2o. They totally saved the day. So I called them because my sewage pipes were plugged and ALL that gets flushed was coming out of a pipe onto the driveway. Yeah you get the picture.

Their response was quick with the right equipment. Rick and Jake knew exactly what to do and are friendly guys. The price was more than fair. Everything was cleaned up and boom they were gone and so was my headache. I highly recommend these guys. They are 5 stars in all categories.

Had a very positive experience with Marin H2O on a kitchen faucet that needed replacing. They were able to come out the day I requested, Jake was on time and completed the job quickly. I will definitely use them again for my next job.

Jake solves problems. When dealing with other trades folks you sometimes end up being your own project manager and dealing with issues. Not so here. We had a few issues that arose, Jake indicated that in our next install if those issues were still there he'd have to charge extra for the time spend but didn't charge us for managing them on this first install.

I left to go to work, got a message with the horrible packing materials that my product came in but came home to everything done and nicely installed.

Problem solving. Its what I like to pay folks for!

I needed a shower valve replaced in a short turnaround time. Marin H2O was able to do that. Jake gave me an estimate on a Thursday, and four days later the work was completed. Jake & Chris were both professional & did an awesome job - quality work at a reasonable price. FYI - I got a previous quote from another company that came in much higher and said tile work would be involved. Jake did the job without replacing any tile! If I ever have any plumbing needs in the future I will be calling Marin H2O!
