The techs just left my house & they were so good I had to sign on and give a 5 star rating. Mike & Dino were true pros. They respect the home, explain the problem so that you understand it & go over all options with you.

This was my first experience with a plumbing service at our new home and now I'll always go to this company first moving forward.

I had a clogged toilet an they came out and snaked it $481. Later after they left the toilet clogged again. I called them back and they snaked it again $374. As they left they said if it happens again I will need to replace my sewer line for 7500. It happened again, but this time I called a different plumber who arrived within an hour figured out and fixed the problem then for good measure camera'd my sewer from the house to the street which was clear and fine. He charged $225.

The ironic thing was that I chose them originally because of their good reviews.

All true but I had all the items you referenced repaired by a licensed plumber. For everything listed in your estimate, the cost was $1,075.00. That is $1,700.00 less than your estimate.

Came out within a day to take a look at intermittent AC unit.

Charged VERY reasonable rates, esp compared with other companies.

Seem honest, qualified, had proper tools, foot covers.

Very respectful.

Pleasure to do business with them & look forward to using them in the future.

Just had Joe and his team do our oil to natural gas conversion and change our water heater and I could not be happier with my decision to go with MarGo Plumbing. Joe was as on top of everything as one could be, constantly updating me and keeping me in the loop on what they were doing and what was going on. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They are also very neat, organized, and clean, wearing shoe covers and cleaning everything up. Prices are very competitive and estimates are very detailed so both parties are clear on the engagement with no confusion.

MarGo Plumbing operates its business like every other contractor/small business should operate and I will certainly be recommending them to anyone I know. If you need plumbing work, you should definitely, at least, get an estimate from MarGo and see for yourself.

I had to have a new dishwasher installed but the original cold water line had to be moved in order for the installation to occur. I searched Angie's List and came upon Margo who had received excellent reviews. Jesse showed up on time, went over the entire job with me and gave me an estimate. This also included a new sink drain pipe which he noticed was badly corroded. I ok'd the work and he did an excellent job. He was clean and thorough and installed the dishwasher according to the manufacturer's spec. Whenever you can find a trade that shows up when they are suppose to and do a good job.... keep them!! I will use Margo for any future jobs.

We noticed a leak under our kitchen sink and called MarGo Plumbing after reading the great reviews on yelp. We are so glad we did! Mike B came within an hour & was extremely professional and clean (wearing shoe covers & cleaning up every step of the way). He clearly explained the issues and gave me 4 solutions. We ended up getting a new faucet which Mike B ordered & had delivered within a 1/2 hour. The previous faucet was horribly installed & did not even fit the sink. The previous plumber did a real butcher job on it. Mike B & his boss worked tirelessly to clean up the previously butchered job & installed an awesome new faucet. On top of that they guaranteed their work for 5 years. MarGo Plumbing is not cheap by any means but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend Mike B & Margo Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

We had quite a sudden large leak that we needed to both determine a root cause for and fix. Both Jesse and Mike arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and made a quick fix. They also provided me with some options for a long-term fix with a corresponding estimate.
Throughout it all, both were extraordinarily professional - communicating clearly at every step. They were clean, wearing shoe covers, and cleaning up any debris. They took the time out to explain in detail everything they found and showing me the fixes they put in place.
I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing needs.

I called MarGo Plumbing on Monday evening to clear up an issue that I was having with the bathtub. When the 2nd floor took a shower, black gunk came out of the 1st floor's tub faucet.

After leaving a message with someone, Joe called me back and said that he could refer someone else in Bloomfield, NJ if I needed immediate help. I declined & told him that I don't mind if someone came out the following day. He said that someone would call by 9 am.

The next morning, I missed a call at 8am while I was getting my coffee. After a return call to MarGo Plumbing, I received a call at 8.53am from Jesse who was already at the site.

Jesse was very knowledgeable, courteous & pleasant to talk to. He explained everything that he did & made me aware of some preexisting conditions. There was a crack in the sink & he didn't want to get blamed for it since he was going to be using a heavy duty snaking machine. I'm not sure I would have noticed the crack but it was good that he pointed it out.

The whole job took about 2 hours. Jesse used the snaking machine on the tub drain, the sink drain, & the sink drain from the opposite direction from the basement. He double checked his work looking for leaks or damaged pipes but there were no damages & cleaned up any mess that he made. Jesse explained before the job started the potential consequences of using the snaking machine & the cost of repairing any damages that may occur.

When asked if he would rather hang out his own shingle & strike out on his own, Jesse said that he worked as an employee of MarGo Plumbing for 13 years & was happy working for them. He said that he liked the way that MarGo treated their employees & their customers. I've never met a contractor who was happy w/ his boss until I met Jesse.

Everything was explained & when I had no questions, Jesse asked if I understood what he was explaining. Although he said he wasn't soliciting for additional business, he pointed out that my boiler was more than 10 years old so I asked him for a ballpark quote which he provided me with.

The total cost minus a $25 coupon came to $230.05 w/ NJ Tax. The cost seems high but I think the whole process & service was well worth it. It's a bonus that MarGo accepts credit cards as a form of payment. If I need plumbing services again, I think I'll call Jesse D. at MarGo Plumbing.
