Larry installed and replaced a water heater for me . Called a couple others before hiring him , i trusted him the most and relied on other reviews . He did not disappoint . He was very friendly , professional, and gave me insight on a few other things . He did a great job and i would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a professional plumber, guarantee you won't get a run around , very fair priced and honest . He will be my go to plumber . We had developed a problem with our toilet tank which was running continuously. Opening the tank, I found that that old style float had snapped off and that caused the problem. I called and spoke to Larry and set up an appointment for 2 days later, however when I tried to shut the water off to the tank, the shut off valve started leaking as well. Faced with what became an emergency situation, I called Larry back and explained what had happened. He instructed me as to what to do and since this resulted in having no water available in our home, he rearranged his schedule to have someone come first thing next morning. Mike, the plumber assigned, showed up at our door on time the next morning as promised. He quickly assessed the situation and told us exactly what was needed to repair the problems. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, quick and neat. He had everything repaired in less than an hour and also fixed a leaky sink we had as well. It was quite refreshing to have this kind of service, which is growing increasingly hard to find. Thanks to Larry for setting everything up and accommodating us and special thanks to Mike for his work. I would not hesitate to call Marcum again for any plumbing needs in the future, and will certainly recommend them to anyone who asks about plumbing work.

There's a lot of plumbers out there but this company is above the rest! I called yesterday bc my mother had an unexplained leak on the side of her house. Larry was out there first thing in morning..as he promised, diagnosed the leak and repaired it immediately. He then discovered another source from where it was leaking and fixed that as well. His price was very fair and I didn't feel as tho he was taking advantage of the situation. I would definitely recommend Larry and his company and will use them for all my plumbing problems.

My husband called Marcum's and a few other local plumbers, based on Yelp reviews, to price a leaking garbage disposal, two faucets that needed to be replaced, and an old water heater that was on borrowed time. Marcum's was easy to get a hold of by phone and reliably returned calls. They had one of the lowest prices as well. Larry came out to replace our garbage disposal. We had to schedule the water heater for another date since the water had to be turned off. Mike then came and replaced our water heater and two faucets. Both were on time, pleasant, professional, and efficient.

Had the sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher hooked up. The first man who came was totally incompetent. Had to have someone else come to finish the job. Totally overpaid for the job. Asked them to come back when in the area to install a soap dispenser and was charged for a half an hour's labor for a five minute job.

I was trying to install a water treatment system myself, but it wouldn't fit my style faucet. I contacted Marcum's and Larry called back immediately. He was highly knowledgeable about the system I purchased and provided very clear guidance right there on the phone. Unfortunately the system will not work with my faucet, but I sincerely appreciated that he did not want me to waste my time and money. Extremely helpful and personable!
