Marcum Plumbing was right on top of my problem and scheduled an appointment for early that same day. Within a few minutes, a plumber gave me a call. He happened to have on his truck the pressure air tank we needed. Soon he showed up at our residence and replaced our old pressure tank and all the assorted valves, gauge, and piping. We were back in service with running water in an hour. Very quick, quiet, and professional was Sam, their plumber.

Marcum Plumbing (Tim) serviced my master bathroom and he had to cut a hole in my closet wall but failed to replace the panel plus repair the hole in the wall. Tim's response to me in an aggressive manner was, ""I am not a contractor and you can purchase a panel from Home Depot."" My response was, ""I know that you are not a contractor and how about you purchase the panel. He rapidly dismissed my legitimate concern; like I was annoying him. After 2-3 minutes on the phone with him he hung up on me. Of course I would not recommend Marcum Plumbing to anyone. Tim was extremely rude and should enroll in a Customer Service class.

I had to have a new water heater installed at our rental property. It's always stressful because it isn't ""my"" home and coordinating jobs at the rental takes more effort. They wore more than willing to give me an estimated time and gave me a call when they were heading over so I could meet them there. Tim the plumber's work was quick and clean and my tenants had hot water in no time. I really appreciated the extra steps they took to make this easier on me! Good professional team.

Highly recomend. I used them to replace my leaking pressure/well tank. They showed up on time and did he entire job. In one visit. Not multiple visits for a repair which I have had in he past with different companies. Showed when they were supposed to and called back when they said they would. Also, no bogus ""add-on"" charges.
