Recommended Customer Reviews

Absolutely wonderful experience. Responsive from the beginning, communicative, polite, felt VALUED as a customer. The technician was ON TIME (despite an accident holding up traffic). He was POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, worked quietly and efficiently. He showed up in a clean uniform with the company name embroidered, introduced himself, and kept us informed of all progress. His work was beautifully done and there was absolutely ZERO residual for me to clean up after he left. Afterwards, I was contacted by the office for payment. Could not have been a better experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Asked what they charge to repair a broken pipe that is exposed, pipe easy to assessable. Would not give a price, """"we have to see the pipe"""". Ok, how much per hour do you charge, it's PVC water pipe? Refused to give a price. I said, perhaps that is the problem with the reviews from others regarding your company. People need to know what to expect to pay, an estimate. His response """"GET SOMEONE ELSE"""". So, if you ask too many questions plan for another company.

A nightmare.... A mess for 5 weeks.. they did not show up for 4 appointments. They spent most of their time repairing the damage from the last time. They were non responsive and very rude..

So it was my first time working with a plumber and I was extremely stressed out. I called every place but this was the only one who called back and actually came to the site asap. I wasn't sure who helped me didn't catch the name but he was very friendly and I didn't expect such a quick response too which was extremely helpful! He was on time and the arrangement was such a smooth process. Would definitely call here again if I needed any other help.

Used Marco Plumbing for repairs needed to my shower as it was an older one that decided it wanted to die on me. They were really responsive and communicative with me and able to work with my schedule. I am very happy with the work done and the service shown. Hard for me to recommend anyone else with the experience I had! 5 stars!

major rip off alert. Exclamation you must use their products meaning a $700 toilet when you can buy one for 200 or they won't repair.

I've worked with Marco Plumbing from October of 2022 to January of 2021. I could tell you right now that these guys are Crooks. When I would call to ask for Price he would inquire on where I was so he could have just his price according to how rich you were. I also tell you that he himself is not licensed using somebody else's license just like Bruno air conditioning. It won't matter if you are a woman or a man he will get in your face and scream and yell and call you every nasty name in the book if he doesn't get his way or if you don't buy what she's trying to sell you. Nine times out of 10 the item he sold you never needed to be replaced and something else was the issue or when the fix would be an easy fix. Today I was fired from his company because we had tunneled underneath a home to replace all the drain pipes I have observed that a water line was leaking and if it were to go out go to all of us in the hole, the boss was not on the job to see this. So when I contacted him to tell him that I needed to shut the water off to make sure that everything was okay abruptly fired me, threatened to kill me, said he was going to crush my head, as well as multiple other things all because he didn't want to lose money that day and had no care about people's safety. If you call him into your home make sure you get other estimates. But if I were you I wouldn't call him. He also operates under other companies like Jim Smith Plumbing in Lee County and a few other names. He's been known to come in and rape everybody of their money and skip town and then come back under another name or another company that he's not licensed to run. I would also like to add that when I started work with him, I got injured repiping a condo and needed stitches. His first response was to tell me to not tell the hospital I did it at work so he wouldn't have to pay for it and Taking advantage of me for my VA insurance Thank you for your consideration.

I needed a line ran for an ice maker. They charged me close to $900 for this service. The service took less than two hours. I thought this price was outrageous, but I was in a time crunch so I accepted, hoping that I would be able to talk to a manager and get a reasonable adjustment. I called today to see if they were willing to work with me and they told me this is their standard rate. I don't believe this is a standard rate. I believe this company is quite happy to gouge people when they can. I am a business owner and I believe this is an unethical way to treat customers. I'll do my best to inform people of the type of company this is, in order to protect future customers from this sort of unethical treatment.

This business has unfortunately turned into the most unreliable plumbing service I've experienced anywhere. It is a total shame, as I probably spent nearly $4,000 in plumbing services with them, and I won't have my time treated with such disregard any longer. I am a part-time resident in Naples and about a year ago, I needed a water softener installed. I called them for an estimate, they gave me one, and I set up a day for them to come and install. On the day of the appt, I'm waiting all morning for them to come--no one shows. I call the office and they say that they can't come today because of an """"emergency."""" Would have been nice to get a call from them to let me know. I reschedule for the next day, for the afternoon, and again--no show. I call the office and another """"emergency"""" came up. At this point, my flight back home is the next day, I won't be back in town for months, and they offer to come out in the morning to install the water softener. I had to change my flight to the afternoon to make this work. Then when I needed a receipt for the water softener for the insurance claim, I had to follow-up with the owner's son (Jordan) for nearly 2 months to get the paperwork that was promised to me. After numerous calls and text messages not being returned, the owner's father (Don) finally got me the invoice I needed. This bad follow through should have been enough for me to think twice about using them again, but I did anyways because of the good initial impression this company made on me, and I decided to give them another chance because they're a family business. I now needed a cartridge and O-ring replaced on my shower because it was leaking and creating a mold issue since we were part-time residents. I also needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen. I made an appointment with the office and let them know A WEEK IN ADVANCE that I needed to have someone come to my home the following week by Thursday, since I was leaving town on Friday. I called the office probably 3 times to confirm and RE-confirm my appt given the track record of unreliability, and each time I called, I was assured that I would be taken care of on Thursday between 4pm-5pm. Thursday at 4:52pm comes around and I call the office to see if they were still coming, and the receptionist tells me that """"we were still before 5pm."""" Really? So, she calls the plumber (Jordan, one of the owner's sons), and then she calls me back. She tells me that no one is coming out today because of an """"emergency."""" What?!? So, she sees how upset I am based on the history of this company not valuing my time, and she tells me, """"well that's how plumbing is"""" and that I was being """"rude,"""" when she kept talking over me and not listening, escalating the situation. I then ask for the owner (Don) to call me back. When he calls, I share with him how my time has been treated with total disregard, now a second time. After he listens, he says that this is peak season and """"balls to the wall"""" so """"things come up sometimes."""" I wasn't born yesterday--they've used this """"emergency"""" card multiple times with me in the past. I have also used other plumbers in FL, and several other states, and have never experienced such unreliability this bad EVER from a plumber. Marco Plumbing has now once again put me in a bad situation because I have a flight the next morning that I cannot change. The owner begrudgingly offers to come out the next morning, but at this point I am really upset, and I need to leave for my flight at 9:10am. Zero trust at this point. I told him--straight up--that I was so hot about this inconvenience that I'm just thinking of writing reviews on Angie's List, Google, etc. about my awful experience. The owner then says that HE's getting mad because I was """"threatening him"""" with the bad reviews. Sorry sir, not a """"threat."""" It is what customers have at their disposal when they are treated well, or treated very poorly, as was the case here. When I first used them years ago to install an outside kitchen faucet, and several spigots, they (Richie, another son of the owner) earned a very good review from me when they were known as Jim Smith Plumbing. They have now fully earned this negative review for screwing me over again. I will never use this company again. Advice from a now former customer--don't take on more business than you can handle, because you end up treating customers very badly. Having appointments honored is the most basic expectation of a customer. We have other things in our lives needing attention besides waiting for a plumber to honor their appointment.

We will never use nor recommend Marco Plumbing. I called for a leaking faucet replacement. The plumber came, took a photo, then I received a written estimate for the repair. I signed off on it and their plumber returned to replace the faucet. While here, he found two other faucets that he said needed repair. With a verbal approval, he did the work, never disclosing that my bill would be TRIPLED! I received their bill and when I called to question it and ask for an itemized bill, I was told that they bill according to the job...no itemization. What??? The unprofessional woman we spoke with threatened to take us to small claims court if we did not pay this bill. They also fraudulently pasted my signature on the inflated proposal. The """"owner"""" then called us and was verbally abusive, threatening to come back and rip out the faucets. I was so shocked and frightened by his threats, and the fraudulent documentation is unforgivable. Can't believe these people can look themselves in the mirror. Shame on this company. An epic failure of the profession.
