The guy who came out was nice but knew nothing about plumbing, apparently. Not only did I have to pay over $100 just for them to come out and say ""nothing we can do"", but they also led me to pay another $200 for someone to fix what ended up being an a common plumbing issue (the EXACT issue I told them I thought I had - main line clog - that they didn't even check). The issue ended up being exactly what I mentioned to them on the phone, I told them my septic was recently serviced, but they did nothing more than give a visual glance and call it quits.

Instead, they said it was a septic issue, that is was full (it wasn't) - nothing they could do. Called septic, they came out, and even though my septic was as expected level with and everything they were still kind enough to fix the clog for me.

I'm out several hundred dollars for less than twenty minutes of ""work"". So yea, I recommend going somewhere else or googling and doing it yourself.

Called and went on their site to try to get them to come out to my house. Nothing. Even if they are all booked up they should call people back so we can get someone else. Now I get to pay weekend fees because they couldn't be bothered.

Called this business one day, Marc showed up the next as promised at the approximate time with a text about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Friendly and a good sense of humor, well organized and clean. The estimate for the work needed was a little delayed but that was do to some emergency service Marc responded to. Updates as the job progresses....About 5 hours after calling for the estimate and to schedule a date to do the job, received a follow up call... they are too busy to get to my project they are going to have to pass but they did give a couple other companies they hand work off too when they can not get to it. So there. Paid for an estimate that I never received.

Don't waste your time. I called, made an appointment. That was on a Thursday. They couldn't come out until Tuesday, so we arranged that.

In the afternoon on Tuesday, still no call (they said there was a 10am-1pm window and they would call Tuesday to give me a specific time). So I call them. Though the receptionist remembers me, she never made the appointment!

Then I try to talk about getting a new appointment, and she keeps asking the same questions, seems confused. I finally hung up, just couldn't deal with it.

Clearly unprofessional, and frankly strange. Just avoid.

We had a busted spigot outdoors and so I had the water to the whole house turned off at the street. I called another plumber we had used before and after several hours, never received a call back. So called Marc Francis based on a couple reviews I had seen online. A friendly voice answered the phone on the first or second ring, kept me on the line for 2-3 minutes while she checked the schedule and called the techs, and then had me down for that afternoon. A few minutes later, she called back and said I was near another job and they could work me in that morning. I received regular updates via email and text all along. The techs that arrived were friendly, polite, and communicated clearly the cost of the job before starting. They finished quickly, cleaned up the area, and sent me a follow up email with receipt and showing the work that had been done. I could not be more pleased with a company who got every aspect of the job right. Marc Francis will be my FIRST call next time I have a plumbing issue, and thank you to the whole team for a great experience!

We had Marc and his team out over the years to work on various plumbing items of our house. They were always professional and courteous.

Most recent, we were having some major sewer pipe issues in our basement. Marc recommended getting a video scope of the plumbing, so we took him up on that recommendation.

They came out with more high-tech tools than I have ever seen mapped the pipe locations, and did a diagnostic video. They took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong and even sent me a copy of the video for my records.

Initially, we would have to have major work done in excess of $30,000 to repair the pipes and cement the basement again. However, Marc, and his team were able to come up with a creative solution that fully addressed the problem, but at a lower-cost no lack of quality.
While it was still a major expense, I am happy with the quality of work that they did. The job involved jackhammering up several areas of the basement, rerouting pipes, along with a couple heavy-duty pumps and grinders.

There work was immaculate. He said he would be at my house at 8am and that was the exact time they showed up. They took great care in sealing off areas from dust as well as job clean up (immaculate considering this was a big concrete job). Professional and courteous till the end of the job. These guys are the real deal.

Joya who oversees the office was always kind and professional and kept us in timely communication.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!!

Be sure to get a second---even 3rd--- opinion. Two other reputable plumbers priced same job that was not initially repaired by this company for less than half the price they quoted. Saved more than $1500.00!

This company was sent by my American Home Shield warranty, Kevin and Michael are the two guys that handled the service call. They were very nice, clean and did a great job and left the job site completely cleaned up, I would HIGHLY recommend this plumbing service.
