Marc Brenner went out of his way to help me fix my tankless water heater. Instead of setting an appointment . Then charging me for fixing my tankless water heater. He instead walked me thru some basic things that could possibly the problem.

Honesty is everything in the service industry when one is looking for a reliable technician. That, of course, includes getting the job done right. Marc Brenner is one of those guys. After interviewing four different plumbers, Brenner not only made the most sense in how he would approach my job but he offered the lowest price. And he did an excellent job, coming up with a creative solution to a tricky pipe leak. . And, it turns out he's my neighbor, which didn't hurt. Good guy. Highly recommended.

Marc came the same day I called and arrived on time. He replaced a bathroom faucet fixture that had been leaking. The job presented some challenges regarding access, but Marc persevered. He stuck with it and figured it out with great success. I am very grateful for his determination and a job well done. I will be calling on Marc in the future and highly recommend his expertise.

Marc talked me through lighting my pilot light on the phone for no charge. He facetimed with me and we got it lit. Such a great person! I really can't thank him enough!!

Once again, Marc saved my a$$. Old pipes = gas leak = PGE shut down gas = very angry wife. Couldn't get a hold of Marc, and time was of the essence, so called another plumbing company (big mistake) named after the guy on the $100 bill. First they quoted me $13,000 to repipe. Then, after bringing out ""the boss"" for a final look, told me it would really be $16,000 and they would get it done ASAP. I told them ""no"" as it seemed like they were taking advantage of the situation and the fact that I was desperate. When I got a hold of Marc and told him the story, he came out immediately to walk the site and figure out a solution. Less than a week later, I have a new gas pipe that PGE is happy with and most importantly, the wife is happy too. Total cost = $10,000. Thanks for saving me $6000 Marc!

I can't thank Marc enough for the help he gave me in resolving a burst water pipe at my
home. Unfortunately, Marc was booked and could not repipe my home; but he guided me through a difficult time with the course I should take in fixing my problem. Because Marc
couldn't do the work, I hired a plumber and had many questions along the way. I know if
Marc had been available I would have totally relaxed knowing that no short cuts would be taken and that the best job possible would be performed. Marc is a great person and a
forensic plumber!! He is the best!!!

Marc installed a new hot water heater and we plan to use him to install a new heater. Marc's a solo practitioner, clearly knows what he's doing, and is a pleasure to work with. He was also cheaper than some of the bigger companies out there. I'd use Marc again in a heartbeat. Strongly recommended.

Marc Brenner is hands down the best plumber I've ever used! He is knowledgeable, efficient, on time and very reasonable! In fact his level of service exceeds anyone I've used in the past 10 years! The 2 plumbers that I consulted prior to him ( for a pump replacement on the water heater) one couldn't even tell me what was wrong, and the other didn't get back to me with a quote! Marc came right over, assessed the situation for free, and when the pump arrived was there the same day to install ( after having researched on line to make sure position etc was correct!!) Amazing! Thank you Marc. You are my plumber for life.

Thanks for your work under very difficult conditions, Marc. Yor really went the extra mile for us!!

We called Marc because none of the other plumbers on YELP were available for 4 days and Marc said he would come right over. Happiness is finding a plumber who is true to his word, arrives on time and does not overcharge. Our leak required getting a leak detection service who also came quickly and the next day Marc came and repaired our pipes. Honest, dependable and trustworthy. He chose to be a plumber instead of going to law school...what does that tell you? Our water had to be turned off for 30 hours, because it was so cold the cement for the connection would not cure. Oh well...we had fun! Thanks YELP. we have a wonderful plumber!
