My neighbor highly recommended this business and said that they're very honest and reasonably priced. I decided to give it a try based on my neighbor's recommendation.

I noticed that there was some leak around the bottom of the toilet, and I hired a contractor to remove the toilet to dry out the floor. Before we set back the toilet, I decided to have a knowledgeable plumber to inspect to prevent any future damages.

I called, and the owner Bill was able to send his crew Sam and Austin in like 2 hours on the same day, which I really appreciated. On the phone, Bill informed me that there's a minimum fee $250 for just showing up and to check out my leaking toilet., The rate seemed fair to me based on current high plumbing rates.

Sam and Austin were courteous and friendly. They examined the bathroom floor carefully and spotted the leaking cause. Then they replaced the wax ring and the flange ring, and they set back the toilet. They ran some flushing tests and check the pipes from the crawlspace under the toilet to make sure that there's no leak. They also sealed the toilet properly after they set back the toilet.

I am very satisfied with their work. It looked like they didn't have the power to determine the price, so they called Bill to get the number. It turned out $400 total, which was reasonable by comparing recent ridiculous high plumbing charges. However, I hope they could provide the price before starting to work. I thought $250 would include the repair work. I would be happy to use them again but I would be more proactive next time to confirm the pricing before allowing to proceed to do any work.
