Joziah just got our broken heater back working in perfect shape. He ran into a few problems, which he took care of despite having to work extra long, return the next day, and work into the evening after dark. (On the roof of a two-story townhouse ) Thank you, Joziah!!!!!!

Nino was here going over the options we might have. he was very helpful. He was on time.

The first appointment was made on Thursday, but no one showed up on Thursday. I called and they said they sent a text message and they couldn't come, but my phone never received their message.
So it was changed to this Monday. On Monday, a repairman they sent came to check it, replaced the fuse, and the air conditioner worked, and then left (I was not there, only the tenant was there). Today is Wednesday. Another guy from their company asked me for the repair price. Because they just replaced the fuse of the outdoor unit, I know the market price is about 80 dollars. But this guy told me that it would cost me 350 dollars. I said it was too high. I have told the repairman that he needed to call me and tell me the cost before repairing. This guy said that the lowest price could be 200 dollars. I think it is still too high, but I think I can accept it. But the guy cursed on the phone. I was very angry for that. Although my tenant said that the repairman of this company has a good attitude, I feel that this company is very rubbish from the service price and the attitude of the person who called me.

I noticed a burning smell coming into my home. Dwight came out to check my AC unit. He told me that my AC unit was running on its own on the roof even though my thermostat was turned to ""off."" I asked him how it could be fixed and he gave me no solutions. He stated that my unit was just old and offered to do nothing and no solutions. Not only that, but he left it running and never turned it off. I wasted energy and my unit continued to omit an awful smell into my home until I called another HVAC company to come help me to make sure my unit was turned off so that I was safe until I could have my HVAC replaced. Beware! I do not recommend this company.

I recently had a service with Graham service and they were on time, professional, clean and friendly. Very happy with them

I had an appointment set for 8 to 10 AM this morning. I had my do not disturb scheduled to turn off at 7:45 in my alarm set to wake up.. they called me earlier when I was asleep and left a message. I did not get back in time so they no showed. I reached out during the appointment window time when I saw the voicemail and they refused to come out said I would have to reschedule. I also called the person driving out got no answer. No call back.. when Dependable is in your name, you should be dependable. They made no apology for not showing up. Rather, they blamed me for the issue. I set the appointment from 8 to 10. I was available after 745 . I did my part I did not flake, they did

The only reason why I got one star is because they came out, called them they were recommended by Bradley to call that they could service my equipment I also had an appointment with them,( I wanted to see if I can get it fixed sooner that's why I called this other person)
and Bryant had them on the website too for carrier and Bryant I had somebody else come out who was not a Bryant dealer and told me exactly what the problem was told me exactly what to tell dependable the part number and I also gave him the serial number of my system, and what to order. I should have been nervous when I told the service manager what the part was and they had never heard of it. Well my intuitions were correct I should have never had them come they sent a guy out to my house he opened it up and said oh my this is complex system and called his boss and said you should never send me here when I have a half hour to do the job and it's my end of day , she didn't have a clue on how to put the part in he said he would have to get on the phone with Brian and have them walk him through everything and Bryant doesn't always answer the phone and talk to people when they need them. He had no clue on how to replace the part he had never worked on my system and I will be calling Bryant and tell them to take them off the list. It was a total waste of time they should have looked up my serial number before they even took the job because the part was on back order and we had a wait a couple days for it. If you were an air conditioning company you should know how to work on every unit they have or don't be in business.

I spoke to Ken today . Nicest man ever!!I was given his number thru a friend . I was getting an air conditioner from another company , my neighbors company,but my friend said I should call ken anyway . Ken went thru my whole estimate with me from the company to make sure I was getting a good unit and price . I mean who does that ? He said I got a good price and unit. I am still stunned that he gave me his time and didn't expect anything in return . He was simply helping me out , a person he doesn't know . He will be my first call next time ! I love kind people !

We just had a new heater, new air conditioner and new duct work done, and Ken, Greg and Ricky were so wonderful to work with. We really liked the fact that everything was done with precision and we liked that it did not feel like a rushed install. All questions were answered and everyone was very helpful. We are so very happy to have an A/C unit right now! Thank you Ken, Greg and Ricky :)
