Daniel came to our house today with a great attitude and listened to my concerns about our air conditioning unit. Our home is newer so I was a little concerned with the ladder going up the stairs with my fresh white walls. Daniel was overly careful during his entire visit. Once he got up into the attic, not only did he diagnose the issue but promptly fixed it and gave me an education as to what exactly happened. I felt very assured that the problem had been fixed. He then went out of his way to clean the filter even though that had nothing to do with the issue. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the execution and professionalism of Daniel.

Oh my!! Just in time for the 100 degree heat in October! The heat never ends it seems!! I just bought a house on Balboa Island and was hesitant to spend the money on air as we should have a bay breeze. I quickly realized that I was living in a hot box! I got a very quick and fair quote from the team. They had my air installed in a week, just in time for the heat wave!! I am so so happy with this company! Honest people!! A plus, plus, plus!!

Our heater stopped working right as the weather started to get really cold, and during thanksgiving break . I called and even though they were super busy they got someone out in a couple days.He was right on time and found the problem and fixed it right away for a reasonable price . He made sure filter was clean and thoroughly explained what had gone wrong . Our serviceman was Dale B. Very happy with this company , I will call them again for sure

Everything was done very professionally and with meticulous cleanup, from Ken's help deciding where to put the A/C equipment, to the asbestos-removal team in the attic, to Greg's expert installation of the new furnace and a/c system. We are extremely pleased with the new Carrier gas furnace and air conditioner purchased and installed in our home in Orange in August, 2015, by Dependable Graham. We were replacing a 30 year old system originally installed by the homebuilder.

Sales Engineer, Ken, was very friendly and professional. He assessed the situation, made recommendations and gave us options. No hard sell. Our installation was promptly scheduled and the installation team of Greg and Erik arrived as scheduled. Both Greg and Erik were friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure the installation was done correctly and kept us informed of each step of the process. They also took the time to make sure the system worked properly and we understood how it operates. The system works great. All were super people and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Dependable Graham.

Promised on a Saturday to have a guy at one of my properties on a Monday. Monday came and he called the tenant only to tell him they couldn't be there until Thursday. There is nothing dependable about this company.

My AC system wasn't working properly and Dependable Graham diagnosed the issue was the compressor. The technician suggested a couple options from cheap to full replacement, and covered all the advantages and disadvantages. A salesman then came over and provided a range of options with advantages of each. These lined up with what the technician had said and the pricing all seemed very reasonable. I waited a couple months since it was fall and I didn't need the the work done right away. I waited three months before calling them back and they didn't change the quote. I ended up replacing the entire system. The technicians did a fantastic and quick job. They were completely professional and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. The system works excellent. I highly recommend them.

I am 87 years old and feel I was taken advantage of. Their service work is very disappointing. DG Air came to my home and ""fixed"" my heater. It worked for half a day. I then had to call another company to repair it. It is now working fine.
