In the last month I've called upon Marathon HVAC twice for major repairs/installs. First they replaced my entire HVAC system after my old system failed. This included a new 5 ton condenser unit and a new electric heater and coils. The crew, led by Cesar, was professional, courteous and completed the new work in one day. Excellent performance and workmanship. Financing was seamless and reasonable. Then, one week ago I had an emergency with my main copper water line coming from the city meter. What was a minor but expensive water leak had turned into an underground river. Chris came out same day, identified the source and within twenty four hours I had a new main water line complete with shutoff valve and spigot. Chris was outstanding, his crew professional. Excellent job. I will use Marathon for all my future HVAC/plumbing needs. Also, a shoutout to the front office staff, who coordinated both jobs, financing and all around provided excellent customer service.

I can't say enough good things about this team.

Our mini-split system was poorly installed by our contractor, and we were getting nowhere - while the temp was getting hotter and hotter.

We called Marathon and they had VICTOR come to our house within days. He was able to identify the problem and clearly explain the situation. Just 2 days later JUSTIN and FERNANDO came to the house to get us up and running. All 3 of the techs that came to our home were wonderful and we're now enjoying the cool air, thanks to them.

If anyone is looking for HVAC help in Whittier, I'm telling them to call Marathon.

Requested an a/c tune up as it had been a couple of years since the last. Joziah showed up right on schedule and couldn't have been nicer. It was all done in about 30 minutes and he even provided photos of the unit's condition and recommendations going forward. Great value, will use them again!

I appreciate Josiah so much. He communicated he was on his way. He figured out the issue with my thermostat immediately. Fixed the issue and then WAITED for a considerate amount of time to make sure everything was truly fixed. Today is an excruciatingly hot day in the valley. I really am grateful for the service, the attention to detail and his friendliness. My house was 85 degrees! He saved my sanity.

Marathon was able to schedule our service quickly, and they sent their all-star tech, Josiah, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He got us back up and running quickly and took the time to take photos and explain everything he looked at and did. Marathon bought our original HVAC installer, Kappl, and we're happy to see that Marathon continues to deliver excellent customer service.

We've hired Marathon Plumbing, Heating & Air on two occasions over the last year and I am really pleased with their professionalism, their customer service, the quality of their work, and their fair rates.

Our calls are always answered promptly and it's been each to schedule appointments with them. Prior to arrival, they text the name of the technician (shout-out to Travis who does such great work) and a photo so you know who is coming to your house.

They explain the problem, and the work that needs to be done to fix it, along with how much it will cost. Truly - this is what I expect when I hire service professionals, but this is not always what you get with other companies.

They are our ""go-to"" company / repair service for any future issues with our heating and AC.

One of your drivers cut me off near 5 Points in Whittier yesterday around noon, causing me to slam on my brakes. My grandchildren were in the car and they were understandably scared. Please remind your drivers to prioritize safety on the road. I WILL NOT REACH OUT FOR ANY SERVICES!!!!

This review is long overdue! I have used Marathon for several years, first at my previous job and then have had them out as needed at my current job. Marathon in general is trustworthy, thorough and has customer service that is spectacular! Additionally, I want to recognize Eric who was out in April and quickly found the problem and fixed the problem completely and cleaned up any mess he may have made PLUS he was super joyful which just made the experience worth me taking the time to write a review! Kudos to Marathon and to Eric!!!
