One of your drivers cut me off near 5 Points in Whittier yesterday around noon, causing me to slam on my brakes. My grandchildren were in the car and they were understandably scared. Please remind your drivers to prioritize safety on the road. I WILL NOT REACH OUT FOR ANY SERVICES!!!!

This review is long overdue! I have used Marathon for several years, first at my previous job and then have had them out as needed at my current job. Marathon in general is trustworthy, thorough and has customer service that is spectacular! Additionally, I want to recognize Eric who was out in April and quickly found the problem and fixed the problem completely and cleaned up any mess he may have made PLUS he was super joyful which just made the experience worth me taking the time to write a review! Kudos to Marathon and to Eric!!!

We've had great experiences working with Marathon. David came out to do an assessment when we were concerned about an odd smell in the house (wasn't the hvac). We ended up signing up for regular hvac maintenance and attic insulation so we worked with them a few more times. Daniel came out to do some prep work and today Justin and Alex did the actual installation. Every one was kind, polite, and informative. And the house is already noticeably cooler! Definitely recommend working with this crew.

David came over to our house in Highland Park and as VERY helpful in figuring the problem with our heating. It wasn't coming on when we set the thermostat. He also thoroughly checked our AC and replaced a part that was needed. Also gave us a list of things that were checked and let us know what to expect from our aging HVAC system. Great company with prompt response time, highly recommend!

My name is Greg and a long time customer of Design Air HVAC. My system was not working properly so I made a service request on April 10th with Marathon Plumbing and HVAC. They were able to schedule a service call for April 11 much to my surprise and appreciation.
Sr. Leo Z arrived early and went straight to work analyzing the situation.
He went above and beyond to detect a teeny tiny leak which was a great challenge to him. Leo was determined to complete the repair no matter what he needed to do. I became his priority during this process.
Leo is friendly and willing to talk while working. He is so knowledgeable and experienced that he can talk and focus on his tasks simultaneously.
My issues were all addressed repaired and my house was cold before he left.
I would easily recommend Marathon to friends and family members.
